not know how to turn it off at the time.  I was a new seller at this time.  I sent Ms Polson an email as a courtesy to make sure she was aware of the $294.00 shipping and that she saw it in the comments. I dont think she did see it but not sure.   She requested a cancellation for which I accepted with no problem.  She did not file a complaint with [redacted] to my knowledge.I am requesting this complaint be removed from the records in its entirety.thank you for the opportunity to respond.Gissel Enterprise LLC
