I have been going to Git Fit Headquarters "Boot camp" off and on for 3 years now! I have had periods of time that I have suffered injuries and illness. [redacted] & [redacted] were genuinely concerned about my health & well being. When I returned back to workout they met me at my fitness level and encouraged me!! I have changed eating habits, lost weight and gained muscle. There is something to be said about the comadre of women that hold each other accountable. We even use [redacted] to check in. It feels great see your name on the list of girls that you sweat with! I have joined gym's in the past where I was merely a number and as long as the membership dues rolled in no one cared if I showed up or not.
