I am ordered items from gitionline for a vacation in jan The items came to me on 12/24/but shortly after I received it I went on vacation for about three weeks
When I came back home I tired to process an exchange for one of the dresses I had purchased because it fit too smallI simply wanted a size medium instead of a smallI am 5'and pounds so generally a size small fits be quite nice but this dress I brought literally hurt to put on
I called giti to try to process the exchange online and they told me "I could not exchange or return my dress because I had brought it on a sale"I did not want to return the items I simply wanted to exchange itI asked to speak to a manager and I was told there were no managers and the lady I spoke to on the phone (who was very rude btw) said that she was the highest person I could speak to unless I emailed
The WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH EVER!!!! Not only will I not be shopping at gitionline anymore but I will not recommend them to any other customersI went on a trip with about other people and recommended each person to this siteEach person brought at least one item for this site but I can promise giti that will be the last time
