in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
It is true that I have been contacted by Kaeser and Blair to resolve this issue, however, as of August 1, 2016, the erronious charge of $245.39 which was placed as a debit to my business bank account has not been reversed.  I am still waiting for my bank account to be credited for the $245.39.
