I paid Giuntoli Roofing the quoted price for a reroof on my houseI paid the amount in full as soon as the job was finished, but the material supplier was never paid They have placed a Mechanics Lien on my property and are ready to move forward with a foreclosure because they need to be paidI have tried to reach the company and have gotten no response

The roof in question is a small flat roof that has leaked several times last week I offered to put an elastomeric roof coating on the roof and they refused my offer they need to give me the opportunity to fix

This matter is NOT resolvedIt rained again yesterday, 10-4-and the roof still leaksWe did not have heavy rain or wind as *** states, it still leaked and I still have big black tar spots on my roofThe "premium elastomeric coating" *** states he wants to put on the roof, is the mobil home coating which I stated in the original complaintI called another roofing company and they told me you do NOT want to put this elastomeric coating on top of the roof, that you would have to remove the shingles, tar paper and tar that was put down to do it rightHe said they did a sloppy job, and a brand NEW roof needs to be put on since that much money was spent for a new roofI do not want this coating on this new roofHe wants to keep patching it but it's just spread the leak around nowSo I would like another NEW roof

I would like to be given the opportunity to repair it one more time this is not a mobile home coating this is a premium deck coating used for industrial roofsBut it needs to be done before the weather stays under degrees and higher humidity are not goodWe can do it immediately if we get the green light thanks *** ***

This IS a mobile home coating! If this does not work, I want a NEW roof, ceiling in my bedroom and the wiring looked into in my bathroom where the water has ran into the electricalI will give them one last try and let them slap this stuff over the big tar spots they've already put on my new roof
