I ordered a hat for my husband as a birthday giftAfter watching the shipping progress and seeing no progress, I contacted the vendor (give5tocancer) directlyI was notified that the original hat was damaged in shipping and that the vendor was shipping another one out to me straightawayAlong with the email response was a USPS shipping link to track the progress It is now nearly one month later and my package is "stuck" in the USPS shipping process with USPSI was told by give5tocancer that it is because of where I live, and that shipping takes longerHowever, I rely frequently on online ordering for sustainability and have rarely had this lengthy of a delay What's more, is that give5tocancer representatives failed to offer valid solutionsThey asked ME to call USPS and talk to a postal representativeI was agitated, but agreeableIf someone pays for a product, the vendor is responsible for ensuring that the customer receives the product and if the vendor chooses to save money by selecting an economy shipping service (exUSPS), then the vendor assumes responsibility if the customer does not receive the product for which s/he has paidGive5tocancer has yet to offer a refund, has yet to offer me express shipping of an overnight package, etc., even though they are aware that this is a birthday gift, and time of the essence I understand that mistakes happen beyond the control of the vendorWhat I do not understand is the vendor's inability to take responsibility for the process as a wholeThis creates distrust and breeds a spirit within the consumer that they will shop elsewhereBuyer beware

I had called Give to Cancer prior to purchasing a set of wine racks to confirm how quickly I would receive the item I was informed that they would be ready in a week and shipped the next week so weeks max I placed the order on 6/9/ It has been weeks now and I still have not received my order I contacted the company several times only to find out that my item is now a "custom" order This was never mentioned in the initial phone conversation I finally received a tracking number on 7/11/ It is now 7/19/and I still have not received the order nor has it been shipped based on the tracking information I don't believe it would take days to get the items out of a warehouse and shipped On top of everything, when I received my credit card statement I show a double charge for the item both back on the order date, 6/ I've called and emailed customer service several times to get the second charge removed but they are claiming my "boss" purchased the second order This is a flat out lie Both charges show on my company credit card and not my "boss's" When I asked for the name of my "boss" and receipt for the second order, I get no responseThis company is clearly a fraud I've contacted my credit card and they have removed the charges in agreement that this is not appropriate business practices

I ordered from give to cancer and couldn't be more happy with the experience My order was delivered quickly and I LOVE my product I actually loved it so much I ordered again in a different color
