Give Back Wireless

Review: I submitted a Sony Xperia Z for sale to Give Back Wireless which they received on August 7th, they sent me an email stating they wanted me to confirm price. I responded within 10 minutes and never heard back as to when I would receive payment. I contacted them again August 15th and they stated they would send confirmation of payment via email. Since they will not answer the phone or return any emails. This company appears to be a scam.

Review: I contacted Give Back Wireless through their website approximately 2 weeks ago about selling my used iPhone to them. They offered me 68.00 for the phone and I accepted the offer, they said they would send me a prepaid box to send the phone back to them. I was also told they would confirm the receipt of the phone when they received it, still haven't heard anything. They told me after they received the item they would inspect it and confirm the condition and then they would email me with a confirmation on the amount they would pay for it or give me the option to get the phone back. I received the box over a week ago, approximately 4 days after they emailed me a confirmation email, I sent the phone to them the next day. It has been 12 days since I sent the phone to them. I have started to become concerned about the transaction so I emailed them through their website as well as called several times to see about the order with no luck getting ahold of anyone nor getting a phone call or email back. I have pasted a copy of the conformation email they sent me.
