Give Me A Brake

I walked into this store telling them I was 90% sure that My master cylinder needed replaced/repair in my vehicle because the brake pads and roders were recently replaced yet when I braked more often than not the pedal would go to the floorand my car would not stop. until I continued pumping the brakes. they did an inspected and insisted that was not the problem and told me my car needed rear wheel brake cylindersand a brake fluid flush(which I have proff was never done yet they charged me) This business knew I was having to get a title loanfor these repairs and were sure that the master cylinder wasn't needed. They took hours more on repair and when they said to pick up my car and that it was ready it still had the wheels off the car when I showed up 30 min later. When I noticed an employee using a flashlight in the front of my car near the master cylinder I asked why he was in the front area of my car if they already did aninspection becausethey said I didnt need work on mymaster cylinder. They started to tell me that it might still be the master cylinder as they took my 200dollars. When I left I went straight to another auto shop that gave me documentation showing methat the master cylinder needed replaced and quoted me justunder 300 dollars. After allowing their diagnoses I explained what happened to me and that I was broke and told them the part brand new cost around 50 dollars. They were willing to do the repair for 60 dollars after hearing what brakemasters did tome. I had no money though. I went to Brake masters the nxt day (recording the entirething) requesting half of my money back because I didn't trust them to work on my vehicle unless they allowed myself or another mechanic to standand watch them I told them I will make sure their customers know iftheydidn't compromisewith me and refund mehalf the money so I could fix the master cylkinder allowing me to get to work. The owner was very rude. Another customer that pulled up stated these mechanics forgot to put all of her lugnuts back on her car-so this is 2 customers they didn't provide proper service to. I watched them tell every customer they needed a brake fluidflush for 49.99-just like they told me . the owner had the nerve to call the police who were very helpful and agreed I didnothing wrong I am able to providethat report number upon request. I want to make sure az consumers dont have to go through what I went through with thisbusiness. my brake fluid looked like oil in color therefore I was charged 49.99 for a flush that was never done -I'm sure I am not the first one they didthat too
