Review: An order was created with this company on November *, 2014 where they would purchase my cell phone for a set price. They acknowledged receipt of the item on November [redacted], but did not send payment. After numerous inquiries, on December [redacted] they sent an email confirming that the phone has been approved (condition verified) and that payment would be sent that same day. Payment has not been received and they have not responded to further inquiry. I would like payment to be made or the phone to be returned.Desired Settlement: The amount owed should either be paid or the phone returned to me.
