I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and

[If you are rejecting the business's response please enter your rejection comments here.] The owner of the studio did not provide a refund via cash or check; rather, she credited *** online for the amount When I contacted *** online they informed me that I am only able to use the credit AT HER STUDIO which was NOT the agreement that was promised *** told me that I would need to contact the studio owner directly to get a cash or check refund rather than a credit to her studio that she told me that I was not welcomed to go to So therefore I have lost $that I paid her directly for a service THAT DID NOT OCCUR This studio is not being honest here The receipts that she can provide would be for the *** credits that I am unable to use anywhere else but in her studio! This is an unethical business practice

I refunded the client quite a while ago and have receipts to support the refund back into her account.Please let me know of your findings.I'm happy to forward a copy of the refund again if need be.Thank you,[redacted]
