The customer stated that he wired $1900 dollars to an unknown source and allowed this unknown source to gain access to his computer and locked it. My technician immediately advised him to contact the local police and dispute that $1900 charge with whom he sent the money to. Our records indicate that we charged the customer $999.on Nov. 5th and my technician provided assistance to the customers computer by removing viruses from the computer and allowed the customer to gain access to his computer by restoring his windows software on his computer system. This process took several hours to perform and the customer was satisfied. My technician stated that he warned the customer about receiving malicious calls from unknown companies posing to be who they are not and these companies are considered scams.
