DO NOT BUY FROM GIZMO SUPPLY CO. SCAM! YOU WON'T GET THE REAL PRODUCT!
THEY SEND YOU THE WRONG PRODUCT OR A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT, THEN THEY REFUSE TO GIVE YOU YOUR MONEY BACK AND THE BANK WONT HELP YOU.

Exactly! I ordered a $120+ item and they sent me a cheap $80 substitute...when I complained they offered a 30% discount, which I refused because I wanted the item I initially ordered. After that, they stopped communicating with me. Cheats, swindlers, snakes, etc !

Terrible terrible terrible
This company is a scam, I order my cavitation machine and EMS machine, they sent it so ask for a full refund. I look up it’s at my door I requested a return label it said 7 days well it, it’s been over 7 days they refuse to give you your money back. The customer service is [censored] ridiculous never ever ever buy from them.

Highly Unethical Business Practices
I bought a 30khz Cavitation Machine on March 2021. I conducted the egg test with a 40khz and 30 khz S-Shape Ultra Cavitation RF EMS Machine. It took the older 40khz approx. 16 minutes to dissipate the egg. After 20 with the S Shape, the egg yolk remained intact. The egg yolk is scientific reliable as it resembles fat cells. I sent Tess a video of my experiment. I have a record that a refund was approved. The last step was Gizmo to issue an RMA number and approval. It has been over two months of continuous calls and emails. I have yet to receive my RMA. Each time I call, their customer service informs me he/she has escalated the matter. They post a One year warranty in which they refuse to honor.

When the sauna blanket I ordered stopped working in less than 3 months and the company ignored my questions and complaints I wrote a detailed negative review on the gizmosupplyco.com website. The negative review NEVER got posted to their website. That is SO deceiving to other customers.

I ordered a Gizmo Supply 3 Zone Digital Far-Infrared Sauna Blanket for over $400 and it stopped working in less than 3 months. Customer service is HORRIBLE! They don't stand behind their products. They don't respond to emails (their preferred method of contact) when you have a problem. Calling them gets you nowhere either. The liars answering the phones give you the runaround. They promise a replacement but it never happens. Look at the Better Business Bureau's site and you'll see what a terrible company this is.

We have been out of stock on this unit as we have informed the customer and told her we will send a replacement when they are back in stockWe offered to refund her order if she sent the unit back for a refund, but we have not received the unit to provide a refundPlease have customer send unit back for refund
