Hello Sir/Ma'amCase# [redacted]Detailed Explanation for the above case number.Customer Name- [redacted]As complaint by the customer, I want to explain what happened on the date when she took service from us. She called us regarding the issue she was facing. My Technician...
entertained the call and explained that what issue is going on with her computer. After explaining her the root causes of the issues she agreed to take the services, and the amount of further services were explained to her. We worked for 1 hour on her computer and fixed it.After that she also signed the service agreement contract with us, in which we have clearly mentioned everything regarding our services and all. She paid us into two transactions of $560 and $100 and of both transactions she has signed the agreement.We have clearly mentioned in our agreement that we do not take payment through [redacted] card, [redacted]s etc.After talking service few days someone by taking the name of [redacted] called her and pretend that he is calling from our company. But in real case we never call our customer for such kind of reasons. Also we have given security code to every customer so that if anyone call our customer, they should verify the security code before entertaining the call. But I think [redacted] did not cross verified the call.She disputed on us few days before without asking us the refund. Customer those who calls us and ask for refund we have always given them refund without any question. She never called us for refund.Today we have also refunded her and sent a mail to her attaching the receipts of refunds.Here I have attached service contract agreement she signed with us and refund receipts.This is the best we have done from our side.We apologies for the inconvenience caused to her.Thanks and regards[redacted]Senior Billing Manager1-[redacted]
