windows and he ordered the wrong onesThere is nothing in the contract about what type of windows, that was not anything I was involved inI have been there separate times when she called about the windowsThe lock issue is a manufacturer issue, they are going to have to send her new locksThat is not an installation issue or something we didThis is the first that I am hearing about the closetWhen I left there she loved the closet and I have heard nothing about any issues for several months until this complaintI am willing to go back and look at the closet to see what the issues are and what has been doneI am also willing to test the windows to see if the problem has been fixed
