Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Almost every word she said was a lieI do not swearI did not yell and screamI was frustrated that they got my appointment time wrong and messed up my hair on two separate occasions, but I expressed that without raising my voiceShe said I have "very long thick hair." As indicated in my pictures I sent, my hair goes barely past my shoulders and it is thin and fineThe reason I want my money back is to take it to a different salon that is able to get the job done as I have had it done for the past yearsNobody has ever had these issuesShe didn't admit to anything they messed up and she made it seem like it was all my fault, even though the stylist who did it readily told me she messed it up and it was due to her mistakeI do not accept her response; there was no truth to itShe's acting like a spoiled brat, not a business ***She could really use some customer service skills trainingI still need my money back so I can take it to a salon that will do a good job Regards, Theresa [redacted]

Theresa *** had one previous color appointment in our salon on 11/22/and it took hours and she was charged $for a full head Color/Highlight/Haircut and she loved it! When she called back to schedule her next appointment in February she asked for for the same services but didn’t want
it it to take as longShe was told that because she has very thick long hair we wouldn’t guarantee that it wouldn’t take as long with someone elseShe insisted that she wanted someone else, so she was booked with a different stylistShe told her she wanted the same colors, so the stylist proceeded with the serviceShe ran out of time so was unable to style her hair before she left and because the guest said she didn’t want to be there as long this timeShe did get ahold of the stylist and ask her to redo the highlights because it didn’t look like they went to the scalpThe stylist told her she could try to get them closer to the scalp and said she would do it for freeShe came back and the stylist tried however because of the color being at the scalp the highlights didn’t take as bright as the rest of the Highlight strandThe stylist offered for her to return and have the first stylist she had in November try to fix it for her and she agreedThey booked the date and time for Thursday March 1st at 5pmI being the manager/*** called her on Wednesday at 4:45pm to verify her appointment date and time to confirmTheresa started screaming at me on the phone that her appointment was for Wednesday at 5pm not Thursday and I explained how she is mistaken and that I was just calling to confirmShe immediately started screaming and yelling at me on how this was inconvenient for her and she just wanted her money back! I explained to her that we wouldn’t be giving her money back to her that we are more than willing to fix the issueShe asked for *** *** and I said I am and she started swearing at me on the phone, “You have to be f@ing kidding me! You are *** *** and your not giving me my money back!” I said no but I will fix your hair unless your going to continue to yell at me! She started screaming more and said how she was going to call the police and tell them that I stole from her and she was going to report me to the Revdex.com of Wisconsin and hung up the phoneA screenshot of her receipt is attachedShe paid $for her serviceMy desired outcome is that this doesn’t affect my Revdex.com rating, because as a business I have done nothing wrongI was more than willing to help fix this issue u til she started lashing out on meThe customer asked for the same service and same color but didn’t want same stylist, because it took too longThat was her first mistakeIf you want the same thing then you get the same stylist otherwise you risk the chance of information being crossed or not understood the same wayThen she lashed out on me when I was calling to remind her of her appointment timeI will not offer her a refund Thank you for your time and consideration in this matterSincerely, Mindy *** (***)
