Ms*** dropped her vehicle off for repairs on 11/3/15, at this time we did a walk around with customer on prior damages on vehicleOwner signed form, which clearly states damages marked on front bumper cover
As to her 2nd complaint,
Owner paid for replacement of Rear bumper cover, I have the invoice showing we purchased from Parts vendor, also we take photos of vehicles in the paint booth and you can clearly see it is not her original bumper being painted
When she picked up vehicle she never mentioned anything wrong with her rear bumperShe only stated she did not believe the front bumper damage was there, I did show her the unrelated damage report that she signed at drop offAlso, when she dropped off, we were under the assumption she would pick up her vehicle when completeWe updated her times during repairs, on 11/we called her advised vehicle was ready for pickupWe called owner again on 11/she stated she would be in Thursday 11/19/to pick up vehicleWas trying to come up with money to pay11/left voicemail for customer, 12/4/left another voicemail vehicle still not picked up, storage charges will start on 12/7/15, she called back stated she would be in tomorrow12/customer finally came in to pick up vehicle
We did waive the storage of $per day, but vehicle sat parked in same location on our secured fenced in lot for days ( Parking Fees could have been as much as $for not picking her car up for days after repair was done, but since she had been a customer before we waived fee's)
The damage on her front bumper appears old, was marked on unrelated prior damage sheet when owner dropped and went over, appears from curb or off road, we do not have any curbs with grassI also can supply you with invoice and photo of new part in spray booth, which has been posted to our customer web status page since 11-10-
We waived storage and provided repairs per estimate, check in sheet shows damage to front cover when dropped offSo complaint is false, and perhaps memory, since it sat on our lot for almost two months after completion may be mistaken
