Almost every word she said was a lieI do not swearI did not yell and screamI was frustrated that they got my appointment time wrong and messed up my hair on two separate occasions, but I expressed that without raising my voiceShe said I have "very long thick hair." As indicated in my pictures I sent, my hair goes barely past my shoulders and it is thin and fineThe reason I want my money back is to take it to a different salon that is able to get the job done as I have had it done for the past yearsNobody has ever had these issuesShe didn't admit to anything they messed up and she made it seem like it was all my fault, even though the stylist who did it readily told me she messed it up and it was due to her mistake.? I do not accept her response; there was no truth to itShe's acting like a spoiled brat, not a business ***She could really use some customer service skills trainingI still need my money back so I can take it to a salon that will do a good job.? ?

Almost every word she said was a lie. I do not swear. I did not yell and scream. I was frustrated that they got my appointment time wrong and messed up my hair on two separate occasions, but I expressed that without raising my voice. She said I have "very long thick hair." As indicated in my pictures I sent, my hair goes barely past my shoulders and it is thin and fine. The reason I want my money back is to take it to a different salon that is able to get the job done as I have had it done for the past 10 years. Nobody has ever had these issues. She didn't admit to anything they messed up and she made it seem like it was all my fault, even though the stylist who did it readily told me she messed it up and it was due to her mistake. I do not accept her response; there was no truth to it. She's acting like a spoiled brat, not a business [redacted]. She could really use some customer service skills training. I still need my money back so I can take it to a salon that will do a good job.
