Review: On June 30th, 2013 5:30PM(Sunday) I went to this station to get gas. I asked and handed the attendant $8.00 in cash(1 $5 bill and 3 $1.00 bills)in gas. The attendant proceeded to open My gas door and rip off My gas cap, dislodging the cap from the tether and throwing it to the ground. I asked the attendant if He was going to pick the cap up and re-attach it. The attendant responded with a laugh and a "No, and with what, string?". I, at that time got out of My car(2012 Dodge Avenger R/T)and I asked to speak to the manager, while re-attaching the cap to My car Myself. The attendant continued to laugh and suggest that people with nicer cars come there without gas caps, I again asked for the manager and He replied with a resounding "No!" over and over again as I continued to ask from His manager. I then tried to walk into the office and seek out a manager and the attendant then replied that He was the manager as He replaced the nozzle. At My request He then called the owner and He complied. After informing Me the owner was on the phone, I took the phone and identified Myself and the issue when the attendant grabbed and ripped the phone from My hand, striking Me in the face. And argument ensued as I got back in My car and drove away. The attendant never pumped the $8.00 in gas nor did He return the money. No damage was done to My vehicle but to be hassled, lied to, harassed, struck in the face and stolen from is NOT acceptable by an employee towards a customer. I have to add that the attendant was extremely unprofessional and very disrespectful to both a customer and to their property. The attendant was the only employee on duty at that time and could not have been any older than 18 years old of age.Desired Settlement: I would like the return of My $8.00 in cash, an apology and I expect termination of the employee/attendant ([redacted])

[redacted], Sorry for the late response after our phone conversation,in regards to the incident that happened on July 12th 2013 After reviewing the camera all appeared to me that the gas cap fell on the ground after the $8.00 worth of gas was pumped. If the customer feels that he did not receive the fuel ,to avoid any other issue I would give him the $8.00 personally myself .The employee notified myself and the police came and took copy of video and told us that they would handle this situation and get back to us.I myself have been here 29 years and have never had to handle an issue like this so what ever it would take to correct the situation please advise me.
