I had a purchase agreement to buy a [redacted] for [redacted] :The product said it was Instant Delivery - The product arrived hours later The product was listed as a Key: The product was actually a "Gift" The gift link in the email did not work giving me the message as supplied previously I contacted their customer server explaining the link had not workedI received a reply stating that I needed to send them screenshots of my steam account details and purchase information - also raise an email to steam requesting for the history of the keyI have sent that off to the vendor and had no reply The vendor has accused me of claiming the gift on another account - basically accusing me of fraud which is a defamation of character and could be seen as a libelous action I do not see a resolution forthcoming with the vendor, as they are in breach of the conditions of sale
