Plumbingmy response to this complaint would be - was called on friday evening by property management for a sink leaking, they asked if I could do either tonight or tommorow the servicei said I can do tommorow which is saturdayi called resident by 2.00pm asked if now would be ok to do service call , they said yes .went there and found sink sprayer handle loose causing water to drip when usedi tightened back up.she said that was a easy fix and I left.I think resident should have been appreiciated the week end service not complaining.all other sinks were working and the dishwasher.Thank you ***

I agreed to replace two compressors and put freon in two other compressorsand replace two thermistatsold units, I told them they may have other parts go out periodcally due to ageafter was one they did have a fan motor go out and cause high head pressure causing a new compressor to go bad so I replaced that compressor under warranty and recommended they replace four fan motors at a discount price due to motors very rusted and old, they said yes to replace themthis is an old unit and they want to blame other people if unit break downthen after I replaced the warranty compressor I found theres a restickion in lines due to when fan motor went out, then I had to dump all the freon out to look for restricktion freon is for a jugnow they call another contractor to take a pic of a wire, big dealafter they made there complaint, ive been out there when they call me to work on unit and found a breaker off after they had other contractor out thereshe allso wants me to ck heaters out due to cold coming, but after seeing this complaint I dont think I should tough heatersi will stand by my warranty of compresors.Thanks ***City wide A/C

I am rejecting this response because: I called the service sept who is contracted with citywide & they made multiple attempts to contact citywide with no results on Friday eveningLater I received a call from my company asking around if Saturday was okI said if that is all they can do, then yes but we have to turn off the water cause it's flooding the floor and we can't cook due to no water or sinkThis was a huge inconvenience. No one arrived on Saturday ever or calledMultiple phone calls were made again(about calls) between myself and the service dept with no responseAt this point we have been without water for hoursMy income does not allow us to eat out and this inconvenience was horrific On Sunday we finally after multiple calls againDay received a response of, "you want me to come out today?" ReallyMy kitchen floods if the water comes on and we can't eat real foodPersonally I would NEVER EVER recommend this companyThey need to issue a credit for the billI also feel they should pay me for the money I had spend for food that we had to order since we couldn't cook. This company has a contract to respond to emergencies and failed to do soClearly failed!
