G.L. Hunt Foundation Repair

Thank you for your response.  I have read the concerns and feel as though we addressed them in our previous response.  However, as stated before in our previous response we are willing to work with you.  I emailed you and have received no response.  In your complaint you stated you haven't received an email from me so I believe there is a breakdown between our emails somehow.  Please email me at [redacted].  I do much of my communication through email so there is never a misunderstanding as to what we have agreed upon or the expectations.

I am rejecting this response because: Unfortunately that amount will not do. You are under the impression that USAA is taking responsibility for this water leakage in my home. Both USAA and myself feel you are responsible based on the photos/video and other proof. As far of not taking responsibility, well you claim you did not dig or work on that side of my home but physical evidence says otherwise. Also, I have repeatedly asked for the documentation from the Date of service in Jan 2016 and you repeatedly sent me my contract from Dec 2015. As a large company, I know you keep more information on file (i.e. the fist and last meter readings done in my home and even names of the crew assigned to my home). I know you are withholding documentation regardless what you are claiming. USAA is expecting to be reimbursed for the amount they issued in  the check ($2525.76). For that reason my only acceptable offer will be for the entire amount of the damages which is totaling $4400.76 and that is because as a company you need to held liable for your negligence. If this amount cannot be agreed upon, I will move forward with this Revdex.com complaint and will inform the USAA subrogation team that you are not complying so they can move forward in their process.

I am rejecting this response because: they did nothing about house not being level their response was oh well it would have cost even more to do it right. Which is what I thought I was paying for. I had to have my kitchen floors repaired from a leak they caused.  my chimney has cracks in  it from them raising the house, cracks all over the walls inside the house, [redacted] knows what was not good about the job.  We had a meeting they gave no response to any of my concerns.

I am rejecting this response because:
It has numerous inaccuracies, misstatements and blatant lies.   Please provide some proof of the alleged fraud that you state has taken place between the Dal-Worth Plumbing company & myself.    I am responding to the last item on the timeline dated 2/23/17… A plumbing leak was fixed in August 2016,  in which a copy of repair order & passing hydrostatic test was faxed to and receipted by [redacted] with GL Hunt on 8/23/16 ([redacted]) She replied that after 90 days I should call if I need service.  So, I called on 2/9/17 for service. [redacted] one of the admin staff advises me that [redacted] is requiring camera work before he will send someone out.  I told [redacted], that per the letter I received from GL HUNT after the previous failed plumbing test by Armendia Plumbing that a copy of the repair notice was required in order to reinstate warranty, which I complied with in a timely fashion as receipted by [redacted].  So, I tell [redacted] that I have paid for camera work already and I’m not paying for it again and she apologized and said she would have [redacted] the GM call me.  On 2/15/17 [redacted] returns my call finally, and he says he doesn’t believe that I had the repair fixed even though I’ve submitted the passing hydrostatic test and repair invoice to [redacted] 8/23/16.  So, [redacted] offers to pay for the camera work, and assures me that he will send his master plumber named [redacted]. (Apparently GL HUNT is/was in the plumbing business a couple months ago, although I looked on their web site today and it appears the GL Hunt plumbing services has been removed.) An appointment is set by [redacted] for 2/22/17 for Mr. [redacted] the master plumber to perform the camera work. I take the afternoon off from my full time job to meet GL HUNT plumber [redacted] at 2p.  I also hire the plumbing company who did the repair work of August 2016 to be at my house so they can address and be advised of anything that needs repair at that time.  Well at 2:45p a guy named [redacted] shows up in an unmarked Silver truck with a teal color polo shirt with the GL HUNT logo on it.    He tells me he is here to perform a hydrostatic test and camera the lines and wonders why there is another plumber here.  I tell him they are the company that did the previous repair work and if additional repairs are needed they will be doing the work.  I tell him that I was expecting [redacted] the licensed master plumber who’s license I have verified with the state board.   I ask [redacted] for his plumbing license and he won’t produce one.   I tell him he cannot work on this house without a master plumbing license.   He starts insulting me saying that I must know I’m going to fail the test which is why I won’t let him work, why am I being difficult etc., this goes on for a couple minutes.   Finally the other plumbers who I’ve hired come out side and simply tell him that he has to have a plumbing license to do the work.   [redacted] gets mad and leaves, blowing thru a stop sign and squealing his truck tires in my neighborhood.     I call GL Hunt to speak with [redacted] but admin advises he is out all week.  After near daily phone calls trying to reach [redacted] he picks up the phone on 3/7/17.  I start off with asking him why he sent [redacted] who could not produce a plumbing license when he assured me that he would send a master plumber.  He tells me that [redacted] has a license and said he would fax a copy to me, but I have never received that.   I then explain to him that I took vacation time and paid another plumber to be there for this meeting on 2/22/17 that accomplished nothing.  He tells me he doesn’t care if I took vacation time and we can only correspond via email from now on and I should be expecting email from him and to this very day 5/30/17, an email has not been received from him.   The response via Revdex.com is the only correspondence I’ve gotten from him.  The original reason for this complaint is to get the warranty work done and secondly to be reimbursed $6600 for the internal piers that they sold me that failed.      As of yet, nothing has been resolved.
