The wooden dock that my dock is attached to is rotten wood, I told her son this and he was going to fix itThis is the last I heard from himI will go look to see what I can doThey need to replace old wood dockI will reattach the piece of rubber bumper on my dock section. Thank you

   "The "old wooden dock" that is referred to by Glacier Dock Co. is only 6-8 years old.  It was constructed of all new wood     and is above the water several inches with hefty floats beneath the wood.  If the owner of Glacier Dock had ever come back to investigate the broken connector, which he has not done,  he would see the connector is firmly attached to this "old" (his words) dock.  The connector is broken off from THE DOCK HE INSTALLED.
 
We just want it fixed as he has promised to do. 
 
Brian NEVER spoke to my son other than to say he would be out to fix the problem. This was October 2015.

The Dock is not warranty if I do not service it.  The bolts holding the dock where not installed the right way. This was done by the owner. I have look at the dock and told the owner it needs to be rewelded. I can not do this in the water. I have helped the owner on several occasions, with out...

getting paid. I told him he needed to keep the bolts tight. This was not done.

Review: I arranged with Glacier Dock to install a boat lift in our narrower than normal boat slip during the winter of 2013-2014. Part of the reason I engaged Glacier Dock was because of the Revdex.com's A= rating for Glacier Dock. When March 2014, arrived the lift had still not been installed there was no word from Glacier Dock. Glacier Dock did not respond to my numerous phone calls, text messages and e-mails, in which I tried to find out the status of the install. Finally in June of 2014, I received a surprise e-mail that Glacier Dock wanted "half down," which was a new requirement, but which I nevertheless paid ($3,528.00). Glacier Dock then promised to install the lift in the early part of July 2014. At the end of July, 2014, the lift still had not been installed. I travelled to Kalispell to confront Glacier Dock about their customer service and repeated broken install promises. They promised to install that day. They did show up, bit with the wrong size lift, which would not fit into our slip. Glacier Dock denied they had tried to install the wrong slip (although the model number stamped on the lift was the wrong model number. )Glacier Dock left the lift on site, with promises to rectify the situation, however the slip blocked access to our slip. Glacier Dock again began disregarding phone calls and text messages. Finally in September 2014, Glacier Dock came back and removed the lift, but did not issue a refund. I finally wrote Glacier Dock a formal demand letter in the middle of September 2014 requesting that the $3,528.00 be refunded in full, and also requested over $500.00 in damages caused by us having to rent a slip in order to use our boat (as their lift block our slip). I threated to take them to court if the above amounts were not paid. Shortly after this letter I receive3d a check from Glacier Dock for $3500.00.Desired Settlement: We would like the remaining $28.00 be refunded in full. We would also like to see Galcier Dock's Revdex.com A+ rating be reviewed for accuracy. Since we engaged Glacier Dock, we have heard many tales of people who have had a less than satisfactory business relationship with Glacier Dock. In all my years, I have never done business with a company that was so incompetent, and with such arrogant cutomer service.
