Review: Due to some personal reasons, I have to change my travel plan to visit Glacier National Park (move from Aug. to Sept.). Thus I have to cancel my previous reservations. The staffs are good and helpful. However, she charged me $120 (8*$15) for cancelling fees.When I made these reservations and cancellations, I did read their cancellation policy carefully:-"Deposits are fully refundable for 30 days following the date the reservation was made." All cancellations I made are within 30 days following the date the reservation was made.-"For reservations made within 30 days prior to the scheduled reservation date, the above policy applies with no 30-day grace period." All reservations I made are more than 31 days prior to the scheduled reservation date, therefore I did have the 30-day grace period for sure.FYI, here are the reservations they charged cancelling fees: "11O1BA - booked on 07/03 for 08/04-08/06, cancelled on 07/15", "11O1BD - booked on 07/03 for 08/06-08/08, cancelled on 07/15", "11O4QJ - booked on 07/12 for 08/13-08/14, cancelled on 07/15", "11O0RJ - booked on 07/02 for 08/06-08/08, cancelled on 07/15" , "11O31O - booked on 07/08 for 08/10-08/11, cancelled on 07/15", "11O20U - booked on 07/05 for 08/11-08/12, cancelled on 07/15", "11O55Y - booked on 07/13 for 08/13-08/14, cancelled on 07/15", "11O3Q7 - booked on 07/09 for 08/11-08/13, cancelled on 07/15". I called their office (406-892-2525) on 07/15 about this problem, the staffs asked me to send an email for help. Then I sent emails to [email protected] on 07/15 and 07/29 and an email to Ms. Kayla on 08/01. However, no one reply and help me yet.I have all reservation/cancellation/policy letters and all communications records at hands. I really need an explanation for the fees.Desired Settlement: return the fees ($120) to me.

Thank you for your email. We have refunded the $120 ($15 x 8) to the American Express card on this account. These were refunded today but may take a few days to show up on the credit card account. Please let me know if any other questions.
