I found the canister seal opened on my purchased baby formulaI went to the store next day to pick up a new one to exchange with receipt but I was denied exchange as per their policyI explained the the item was opened and probably from the dent on the side which must have popped it openI simply needed a new oneThe manager said if it was the same day purchased they would have exchanged it, but I rely on others for transportation and simply could not go back on the same dayI was very distressed as they did not seem to consider my situation and feelings as a regular customer to that specific locationThey were not flexible and did not offer an apology or any compensation for accidentally purchasing a defected product from their shelfIf they have a no return policy for formula than they should regularly check to make sure the formula product they sell is not open and allow for exchanged when a loyal customer wishes to simply receive the same item in return
