Glacier Smoothie Soaps

I placed an order online with Glacier Smoothies and received the wrong order with an invoice with someone else's personal information on it. I know mistakes occasionally happen. I immediately called and got an answering machine. I sent an email and as of now a week later have received no response. In the past week I have called a dozen times, left 4 voice mails and sent 2 emails all with no response. I will not ever order from this company again. Horrible customer service. I am truly disappointed as I love their products but won't take another chance in the future but rather be shopping local.
