On 4/2/15, we shipped 21 ofthe 23 items, which cost $44.24 in shipping cl1arges via [redacted] Ground Home...

Delivery. Thatshipment weighed 19 lbs 11.2 oz, and was shipped in a 15x11 x9 box. The contents wereinsured for $500.00. On 4/7/15, we shipped one of his backordered items to him at our expense.[redacted] then requested we cancel his last item, which was a 6"x6" welded base spool. We then1·efunded [redacted] $9.00 of the shipping cost. When [redacted] placed the order, he paid a total of $64.85in shipping costs.Therefore, we do owe [redacted] a balance of $11.61 which is being processed for a refund tohis credit card, which is on file with his orde1·, today, 4/30/15. I believe that this should resolvehis issue.[redacted]'s claim of $53.30 would only be valid if the original order would have only containedthat item. The $64.85 he paid was for a total of 23 items of which we shipped, as stated earlier,21 of the items.Sincerely,
