March 25, 2016Re: Complaint ID #: [redacted] ? On February 5th, Mrs [redacted] ? and [redacted] ? purchased a Chevy Monte CarloPurchase price was $10,not $A couple of weeks later, on or about March 17th, client brought vehicle in concerned about some service issuesAfter vehicle was checked it was diagnosed with some transmission issuesIt was then that we offered to replace the transmission with a used transmission ABSOLUTLY FREE of charge and out of courtesy? Due to the fact that there is a process when performing such type of job most of the Auto Recyclers Company’s we work with will take up to a certain amount of days to deliver the transmission to us and therefore it can take a few days to get the job done? In this case it took days? Due to car being at our service location while doing the necessary repairs, car had in fact accumulated some dust due to the elements, which we have no control over? And it is not our custom to offer a carwash when vehicle’s come in for any repairs.? When client came to pick the vehicle up he noticed that the key he was given was not the original key and remote? He was told that we were going to check into it? After doing some research the service repfound out that we had lost his original key, so replaced and reprogrammed a new key fob (remote) for the client? It was then when he mentioned the fact that his original key fob had a remote start optionHe was told that we were going to check into it and find out if his vehicle was originally equipped with a remote start option? And if it was we would program the correct key fob.? After finding out that his original remote did have the Remote Start OptionThe replacement key fob was then replaced and he was then given a key fob that will performed ALL the necessary functions his car is equipped with.? Therefore the remote he was given would be the correct one for his vehicle.? ? Trunk was never inspected by us ? or client and we were never made aware ? as to the position of the speakers at the time of vehicle being dropped off? Client pointed out to us ? that one of the speakers he had in the trunk was not in its original place and some how it had been moved from the left side of the trunk to the middle of itThe speaker was not “ripped out” as client states, the wires that connect to the back of the speaker ? had somehow ? disconnected from it , and wire was then connected to the back of the speaker and ? speaker was cleaned and put back into placeClient wanted to just leave it as it was and he would check it at home, but was advised to test it and make sure it was working properly, which he did and everything worked fine as he checked it before leaving.? At the time client also pointed out the fact that the vehicle had a couple of oil spots, which we wiped down and cleaned, wanting to make sure he would be happy? Wanting to make sure that we did everything possible to satisfy our client the owner even offered to have the vehicle fully detailed at no charge and the client turned down the offer.? At this time we feel that on that same day ? we did everything ? we could to try to resolve the clients concernsThe issue with the transmission ? was fixed, and client was provided with a proper working key and key fobTherefore we will not be refunding any money or replacing key and remote control?

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the? response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me? I let them know One week after car was purchased informing them of transmission issues, not a courtesy to repair major faults on sold vehicles within the time period as the car was sold with a faulty transmission to beginSecond, Mr [redacted] physically pointed out the speaker that WAS SHOWN TO THEM WITH THE WIRES RIPPED OUTALONG WITH THE LOOK OF THE TRUNK AND INTERIOR THEY SEEN IT AS I POINTED IT OUY AT TIME OF PICKUPWHEEL LOCKS WERE IN TRUNK WITH SPARE AS TO THE REASON WHY THEY MOVED STUFF AND GREASED UP THE TRUNKAgreed to leave it be as I could repair it no problemKey fob was replaced ONLY AFTER I WAS TOLD THEY WOULD NOT REPLACE EXACTLY WHAT THEY LOST AND AND THEN AFTER I TOLD THEM I WOULD BE FILING A COMPLAINT THEN THEY DECIDED TO REPLACE WHAT LOST.? Rebuttal, is fine, but if not going to be 100% truthful then is uselessTopical grease in car and trunk is wiped, stains are still there, original key not replaced, not satisfied completely but not going to keep going back and forth.? In the end, all I asked was to replace the key and key fob only and they did not want to, which could have prevented this whole thing Regards, [redacted] ?

I don't understand how you're works can say the don't remember me calling when you have some many did different workers since I bought the carAnd I'm more than glad to call and see if we'd can work something out but the car has given me so many problems since I got it.
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID *** and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved

[redacted] did purchase a Infiniti Gon 2/08/? We have asked everyone in the office and no one remembers answering a call from [redacted]I believe [redacted] maybe calling the wrong dealer, please verify the number you are calling[redacted] If [redacted] would have called the
response she would’ve ? gotten ? from anyone discussing a service concern would have ? been ? that although you bought this vehicle over years ago we will still be happy to look at it for you and get the parts at our cost with minimal labor cost? If there has been an issue with the car since [redacted] bought it why not come the dealer where you bought the car? ? Although this was purchased ? years ago we still are willing to help you with any issues the vehicle may have? Call and ask for Mario or Revan? Another option maybe to trade that vehicle in and upgrade it to a newer vehicle.? ? As for the car fax we do not provide car fax due to the cost, but we never withhold the Vin# from our clients and [redacted] had the chance to pull a Car fax report at her own cost before purchasing the vehicle
