Card charged double amts
Charge twice $2.10 when I did get Water, and then charged $2.60 on the 09/05/2023 again!
What is going on that you can charged my Debit card what you want when you like?
Refund the 2 $2.60 charges to card ending 8750 I have attached screenshots from my Bank showing the 4 charges. What is the Deal with your machine? Please fix the issue!

Why the difference?
Last week I purchased a five gallon fill up at the Goodyear Safeway for the stated $2.50 on my debit card.

When I checked my credit card account I discovered that the card was charged $2.60.

Not that I can't afford the extra dime but, there was no sign that indicated a tax or surcharge of any kind. So...I consider this a rip off!

SHORTED CHANGE
I went to Smith's Food & Drug Grocery Store (4016 Louisiana Blvd. NE, Albuquerque, NM 87110) today to refill my gallon jug from a Glacier Water dispensing station. The price is now 50 cents per gallon; I inserted a dollar bill in the machine and it showed $1 credit. When I pressed the 50 cents/gallon button, the water began filling in the jug but no change came out. I had several gallons and therefore inserted another dollar bill, and again, no change was dispensed when I filled the gallon. I think the machine "ran out" of change so I stopped filling my other gallon jugs and went into the market and spoke with the person at the customer service desk; he stated I needed to contact Glacier Water directly as the market does not own or maintain the machines on the outside of the market. My question, therefore, is how do I get a credit/refundfor $1.00 since the Glacier Water machine did not dispense the 50 cents change each time I inserted a dollar. Another customer was about to refill his gallons and I informed him that the machine does not give any change, so he inserted quarters and filled his water gallons. I did not have any quarters since I usually fill my gallons using dollar bills, but this time, I received no change.

Tastes unclean
I usually exchange my 5gal jugs inside the store for 6 bucks, but I recently found out the brand my store switched to, actually adds fluoride to their water. I filled up at a Glacier station today, and after years of drinking very well-purified, clean water, you can taste nasty water. This stuff tastes like metal. The screen on the machine says it was serviced 4 days ago. Now I look online, and all these complaints about the company have me wondering if I should even drink this jug or just dump it out. I can't find an online quality report and even if I did, they would have to have a separate one for each machine. This is not good. Pay the extra and exchange your jug for a sealed one off the shelf, you'll immediately know the difference. I can't find Primo anymore, but I'll keep drinking the fluoride water until I find something better. I'm not settling for this copper pipe basement water. bad water tated
I live in Carson City, NV I always buy water from Raley"s store but every time, the water tasted awful, I don't think they service the machines they only chan the date tag, and not even the buttons work properly...

Bad/burn taste
I have been to this location 4 times and this last time Sep 26 2020 both my kid and I thought it had a bit of a chemical type taste and light burn sensation in mouth/throat. Needs Better Auditing
For years machines have short changed customers. This company needs to have better auditing procedures in place over the machine servicers. I'm tired of calling the office for every short change. It's starting to look like THEFT. That's a CRIME. My suggestion for people who use Glacier water stations: Exact Change Only.

Its amazing water and great service but my unhappy experiences came when I saw someone breaking into a machine.I kmow who is hitting those glacier machines how about my cash reward my info is %100 good.

The machines steal. So many times, it's robbed me. A dime, a nickel, never too much but, enough to make me go without.
It's ok though. You won't get another cent from me, you thieving bs. I'll travel a little further and spend .05 cents less but, I'll never use your service again

The machine's at Winn Dixie grocery store in Sun city center florida is not filling 1 gallon jugs properly. One gallon only about 3/4 full, next one about 1/4 full. The machine's have quite a bit of rust on them and are obviously getting old. Could you please have someone check them out? Thanks for your time. [email protected]

the doors on the circle K store on Kinney next to Tucson Estates is sharp it cut my arm and was bleeding went inside to wash the blood off the manager could have cared less Went there for water again this week wasn't fixed checked a different store wasn't sharp all I want is it fixed or should I have to do it?

I have been experimenting with avenues of getting filtered water. After purchasing a Zero Water setup I decided using 2 filters/month was too costly. I will return to Amazon.

For YEARS I have used the Glacier vending machines in the Phoenix, AZ area. But like other comments notice the 'last servicing date' is often weeks ago. But this time on Jan. 27th I brought the meter than Zero Water provides. I saw that all 4 machines were serviced that very morning... stroke of timing. One machine gave out water that read ZERO ppm. The one next to it read around 30 ppm. I left that jug at the site & filled up the rest of my containers with the ZERO rdg. It would seem that the servicers should service & check to make sure the water is truly pure at each machine. Eventually I will invest into a Berkey system which guarantees 1000s of gallons of pure water with their filters.

I was purchasing water from a glacier machine in Phoenix Arizona located at Camelback and 16th Street at the CVS pharmacy, machine had not been serviced in over 3 weeks and it $ 2 dollars of my money and put me through aggravation, I noticed the machines in the Phoenix area have been poorly maintained and don't work half the time this is occurred at other stores also not your CVS but at grocery store locations also please read fund this money to me my email is [email protected]
