I want my information removed from your site ASAP!! I don't have 10 words! I said what I said!
This is NOT a review. This is not a customer. This is not anyone who has ever used our product.
We have tens of thousands of customers that use our product and are extremely happy, including being able to find a long lost friend, or classmate or relative.
This person is unhappy because they do not does not want their public and commercially available record information to be seen by others. Accordingly, as a courtesy and as an accommodation, we remove the information, even though it is non FCRA data.
We opt out hundreds of people each week. Many platforms take up to 45 days, some even longer. However, we provide clear instructions on how to Opt Out. All data is removed within 7 days of receiving the LEXID from the consumer, as provided on the instructions. Nearly everyone follows these simple instructions and their data is removed promptly.

I have sent repeated opt-out requests in the past 3 month and additional 2 emails in the last 2 week. My name and information is still on there site. They say they will remove it in 5-7 days. It has been weeks and I have not seen any action. I value my privacy and I have a right to have my information removed.

As of today, my information is still on the Glad I Know site.
I sent a request for opt-out on the following dates:
2/2/2020
5/19/2020
5/27/2020
6/08/2020
6/16/2020
7 days have passed *** even 45 days had past. I followed the simple instarions including the LEXID and don't see my data is removed promptly as stated.
This customer may not have provided the correct LEXID number. Please send the link with you information to ***@gladiknow.com and we will locate the correct LEXID for you to have your information promptly removed.
In each of the emails I sent you, I included both the URL and Lexid.

We have now received your LEXID and the data will be removed.
On 06/17/2020 I provided you my LEXID again. On 06/24/2020 you admitted that you received the LEXID and the data will be removed.
What a surprise! My data is STILL active and viewable on your site.
Where is your integrity? How can someone trust you to have their data on you site, if you can't honor people request to opt out.
At this stage, I don't have a choice but going to the next level, unless you remove my data immediately.
This should have been removed. Our systems team is looking into it now.
