The person making this complaint ordered several items from me to her old address and they are sitting in her local post officeShe is refusing to pick them up but wants a refundI of course am not going to do thisAlso, the polo outfit as explained to her is the same ones they carry at Belles, Ross, Marshall's etcnot the ones from Dillards, Macys, etc, which would be double the priceI blocked her because she wasn't making since in her messages and keep ordering things and complaint about themI did not want her business any longer

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: she told me to go check at the old address, which I didI also went to the post office of course they did not have anything there for me and they told me if it had the wrong address the merchandise would be returned to herThey are not sitting at the post office and I am not refusing to pick upI have Facebook messages when I told her I had checked at the post officeShe had already told me she would give me my refund when she received the merchandise backOn the second order the polo outfit was not authentic and she said it wasI have screen shots of when I asked her in facebook and she said yes they were authenticOf course she deleted my comments in Facebook of all thisIt's fine if she blocked me I would have never ordered anything from her anywaysShe blocked me after I confronted her in reference to the polo set that was not authenticIt is obvious that she is selling replicas of merchandise made in China and sayin its authentic, even the actual pictures in her Facebook page do not look close to what you get in the mailI have all the Facebook messages available to post if necessary! rejecting this response because: the craftsmanship is subpar at bestThis is the 2nd rejected Revdex.com complaint you have hadIt's time to rethink your invalid excuse of: "no refunds on wear and tear due to delicate fabric." You are selling cheap defective itemsSince my complaint on your Pinterest page, you have received several complaints about your itemsYou are a horrible business person and you certainly do NOT stand behind your productYou should be ashamedAs for the offer of another dress, like I told you before why would I want another poorly made garment that will just make my daughter cry again when it tears within the first hour of wearing it! The only acceptable end result is a refund

I have reconfirmed the items are in fact still at the League City post office where you still currently live and is the only post office in that cityAlso, I do buy wholesale in China, the same one WalMart and Target useI have no further commentsThank you!

As stated before we are no responsible for the costumes wear and tear. They are made from delicate costume material and should be handled with care. I would have sent you another one as a courtesy but sorry no refunds on worn items. Thank you for your business.
