Glades Medical Group is a very sad place to come over too, because: Every time when I was coming for my appointment I would wait for my Doctor for 1.5-hours (once he even wasn't in the office yet for some reason)Last time I was waiting for my blood work to be done, and there were (!!!!!) people who were supposed to take my blood, and they were nicely talking for like minutes in a coffee room across from the test room, until some manager kindly asked them to draw my blood (and of course they knew I'm sitting there)So, the total visit was about hours that day for me, with waiting about hours Glades Medical Group won't let you know your test results by phone (even if they are good) unless you go for an appointment (and wait another 1.5-hours for a doctor)I needed to share my blood test results with my other doctors, and they just wouldn't give me a print-out when I came there in person Now I'm pregnant and I REALLY WORRY SO MUCH about my iron levels, I told my Doctor that I need to show my iron levels to my midwife, I made the test with them almost weeks ago, but they didn't tell me the results till nowI don't know what to do about itI can't come for the appointments and wait there 1.5-hours each time, as I have other kids and I work!!!!! I can't imagine they are so hostile to a pregnant patient, making me go through nervous waiting for such a simple blood testWhy??? Do they want money from the appointment? All other practices I was with before were always just emailing me my results, or telling me them by phone Maybe I should contact my insurance about this medical business, because there was no medical need for my last appointment, I just needed an iron test and my previous Family Doctor was just ordering the test for me, I didn't have to see him, or wait in crazy lineI mean there should be something that would make them to give me my tests, or not? I'm changing their practice, and so happy about it!!

I have had one of the worst experience with this Glades Medical Group. Customer service is terrible. Staff [redacted] and [redacted] are rude and hostile. wait time is over an hour. Nurse does not know how to take vitals. Took my vitals and put down wrong number.

Glades Medical Group is a very sad place to come over too, because:

1. Every time when I was coming for my appointment I would wait for my Doctor for 1.5-2 hours (once he even wasn't in the office yet for some reason). Last time I was waiting for my blood work to be done, and there were 3 (!!!!!) people who were supposed to take my blood, and they were nicely talking for like 20 minutes in a coffee room across from the test room, until some manager kindly asked them to draw my blood (and of course they knew I'm sitting there). So, the total visit was about 2.5 hours that day for me, with waiting about 2 hours.....

2. Glades Medical Group won't let you know your test results by phone (even if they are good) unless you go for an appointment (and wait another 1.5-2 hours for a doctor). I needed to share my blood test results with my other doctors, and they just wouldn't give me a print-out when I came there in person.

3. Now I'm pregnant and I REALLY WORRY SO MUCH about my iron levels, I told my Doctor that I need to show my iron levels to my midwife, I made the test with them almost 2 weeks ago, but they didn't tell me the results till now. I'm changing their practice, and so happy about it!!
