Gladhill Services is a 3rd Generation Family owned company
since 1999.  We strive to make sure that
all our customers are treated like family and with respect.
We entered into the contract with [redacted] (contract
attached) on 5/4/2012.  [redacted] signed
up for our...

Quarterly treatments for General Pest Control.  Quarterly means 4 PAID
treatments per year.  [redacted] also had
us take over the warranty from his other provider which is a Annual Paid
amount.
The items in question are the 4 PAID  Quarterly treatments
each year. 
1st Year - 5/4/12 to
5/4/13 [redacted] paid for 3 Treatments and received 5 treatments.
2nd Year - 5/4/13 to
5/4/14 [redacted] paid for 2 Treatments and received 4 treatments.
3rd Year - 5/4/14 to
Present [redacted] paid for 2 Treatments and received 2 treatments.
Our policy is that we provide to every Residential Customer the
guarantee that if you are still having issues within a 30 day period from that
date of treatment we will re-treat during that 30 day period only.
[redacted] has not honored the contract that he signed and
that is attached which is to take 4
treatments each year and pay for 4
treatments to receive re-treats.
We continued to see a pattern where [redacted] would call
our office and ask for free services mean while not taking and paying for the 4
treatments that he contracted for us to do.
[redacted]'s contract renewed on 5/4/15 and if he would like
to disolve the contract then there is a normally a cancellation fee of 50% of
the remainder of that annual contract however in this instance we will waive
the cancellation fee and wish [redacted] the very best.  
We tried many times with various Supervisors to speak to [redacted] however he became beligerant and would hang up on us rather than resolve
the issue which is he has not honored his contract of 4 Paid Treatments per
year.
We will not issue a refund however we will allow [redacted]
out of his contract without the cancellation fee.
We will also owner the Paid Termite Warranty that [redacted]
has contracted with us.

Review: I contracted with Gladhill Services for 6-9 month as indicated in their contract. According to the monthly contract conditions Stated here ( Monthly: During the the term of this plan GPC&PS will extend service monthly to the Purchaser for as long as the Purchaser may own, rent or lease the property. Tjhis contract will automatically renew on the date work began of each month unless written notice is given thirty (30) days prior to the renewal date. if for any reason a purchaser wishes to buy out the remaining portion of the contract of any given month it will be at the rate of 50% of the remainder of that contact month.) ( Mandatory Arbitration: liability for damages must be determined as a result of an arbitration process etc. in this case damage is to my reputation and financial standing via credit rating.)I scheduled with them on 5-3-13 and as contacted they came 4 more times and I cancelled in writing on their work sheet signed in front of an employee of their company on the 5th visit cancelling services after the next visit which, in 30 days they did not schedule in the 10th month. On Nov. 22, 13 I receive a call 49 days after the cancellation to schedule in which I explained that I had cancelled in writing on the last job sheet. a couple days later I receive a letter saying I owe money since the initial service is not included, (which was not mentioned verbally or in the contract) and the month they failed to schedule, for a total of 2 months services.I feel they are trying to commit fraud by A)lying about the initial visit not being included in the contract. B) having failed to realize I had cancelled to enforce a contract they themselves have failed to adhere to in both scheduling, and having it arbitrated by an neutral party.THE ABOVE does not detract from the service or people who have provided the service, just the person(s)involved in the contract dispute and their inability to read and follow what it says, mind you.Desired Settlement: that they ACKNOWLEDGE the contract fulfilled and expunge my credit record of their fraudulent complaint, cancel any collections they are attempting to enforce. And an apology would be nice.(and tho other means may be required, go through the records and refund to any other persons that they have enforced to pay the initial visit as part of the contract fraudulently)
