Dear Revdex.com, Gladhill Services is a 3rd Generation Family owned company since We strive to make sure that all our customers are treated like family and with respect We entered into the contract with [redacted] (contract attached) on 5/4/ [redacted] signed up for our Quarterly treatments for General Pest Control Quarterly means PAID treatments per year [redacted] also had us take over the warranty from his other provider which is a Annual Paid amount The items in question are the PAID Quarterly treatments each year 1st Year - 5/4/to 5/4/ [redacted] paid for Treatments and received treatments 2nd Year - 5/4/to 5/4/ [redacted] paid for Treatments and received treatments 3rd Year - 5/4/to Present [redacted] paid for Treatments and received treatments Our policy is that we provide to every Residential Customer the guarantee that if you are still having issues within a day period from that date of treatment we will re-treat during that day period only [redacted] has not honored the contract that he signed and that is attached which is to take treatments each year and pay for treatments to receive re-treats We continued to see a pattern where [redacted] would call our office and ask for free services mean while not taking and paying for the treatments that he contracted for us to do [redacted] 's contract renewed on 5/4/and if he would like to disolve the contract then there is a normally a cancellation fee of 50% of the remainder of that annual contract however in this instance we will waive the cancellation fee and wish [redacted] the very best We tried many times with various Supervisors to speak to [redacted] however he became beligerant and would hang up on us rather than resolve the issue which is he has not honored his contract of Paid Treatments per year We will not issue a refund however we will allow [redacted] out of his contract without the cancellation fee We will also owner the Paid Termite Warranty that [redacted] has contracted with us If you have any questions please feel free to call me at ###-###-#### Best regards, Judy T [redacted] CFO Gladhill Services Inc
