I am rejecting this response because:The owner is not dishonest ! I was never aware that if my son was sick he would lose his classes. When She called me the only thing [redacted] asked was why was he absent and I told her he was sick. I think that was how this miscommunication happened because she was beating around the bush. I referenced the weather how the temperature is hot then it's cold and she then agreed everyone was getting sick. I was surprised when she said that He could not take his classes the following week. If I was aware of that alleged policy in writing or verbally then I would have understood. I asked her to show me my son attendance records because I knew he was entitled to 2 more classes and she told me she did not have it. [redacted] then got irate with me and raising her voice because she had no proof at that time point blank. She was unprofessional and extremely rude to me and my 4 year old son in front of other parents. I question how ethical are your practices if you cheat a 4 year old out of something he enjoyed, and have no remorse for your bad business practices. Your business code of ethics I find immoral, because as a "Business", not once did you reach out to resolve our issue because you stole his 2 classes. In all actuality you did not care and you wanted to force me into a membership. In your rebuttal you said that my son could not return (Untrue), because of my conduct, but the truth of the matter was that you were disrespectful to my son and I in your own establishment yelling in front of other customers and displaying rude body language. So, please stop referencing the groupon fine print, because bottom line it does not specify that if a child is sick then he or she will lose their classes. The groupon only states that it must be used within 3 weeks. Obviously there can be no resolution, but I an asking that this go on public record so that if any other customers do business withGladiator then they will see the complaint and that it will deter Gladiator from doing this to any more customers in the near future. A word of advice to you please make the revisions to your groupon specifying that if a child is sick then they lose their classes. You just lost yoursef a wonderful customer,
Regards,
