Review: I was looking for an apartment and went to the realty company for look at apartments. I saw an apartment and left a $2500 for security , application and one months rent. The office manager was [redacted]. It all started on May *, 2013. The first apartment [redacted] they claimed problems with management office. I was shown another apartment on [redacted] about 1 month later. I was denied the apartment but was told I could use a guarantor. Used a guarantor and still had problems. I requested back my money. kept getting the run around. Would call and not get return calls. Went to the office to get the money back ~July * when they were to have it they did not have it. I kept calling they kept changing the date for pick up. I called over the weekend of July [redacted] and received no answer. I went back on July ** and the office was closed up. A man who claimed to be the lawyer , [redacted]. who subletted the office space to them who said they had not been in the office since Thursday July **,2013. I have receipts for the payments made as well as copies of cancelled checks.Desired Settlement: All I want is the refund of the money I put down.

I have not heard back from the lawyer since I received the letter in August. I responded to the survey and have not heard from them again.

Review: It has been 3 months I have applied for an appartment with the gladys collins reality that is run by license brooker [redacted] and I have still not received an apartment.I have now requested that. I just wanted my money and its hell to get it back I have bee getting these run arounds. I just need my moneybso I could move on with my life .Thank youDesired Settlement: I would like the desired the settlement amount to be what I had gave them which is $3100
