I placed an order on July ***The order stated that it would be 4-day shippingI received a order confirmation emailMy order number is ***
Weeks went by and I did not hear anything elseI sent am email on August *** to the website, which shows Gretta S*** as the person who received the email, asking about my orderI did not receive communication backHowever, two days later (August *) I received an email from the company stating my order shippedIt did not give a shipping company or a tracking numberI still have not received my itemIt is about a full month since I placed the order! I emailed again on August **I did not received a responseI called today and left a message and I sent a text message as their website offers that option

I paid $for a colorful wall tapestry from this company and received a worn-looking, black and white, small piece of fabric insteadI have emailed, called and texted them multiple times in an attempt to return this item for a refund without a responseI just read a bunch of reviews about this company written by multiple people who have had the same issue or who have been charged for their order and never received anything in the mail

I had placed an order with this company on July the ***My card had been charged over dollars and I have never received my item.I have tried contacting the company by e-mail, text, phone, and online chatNo one has contacted me back and it has been daysUpon further investigation, I had discovered that many other customers had the same issues with the company and also discovered that the company has falsified their location and website information.The information that is given is not legitimate and the pictures of their "boutique" on the website are stolen from another company (***)

On June **, I ordered a bathing suit from Glam FashionsI paid $with credit cardI never received the swimsuitIn July 2016, I received a tracking number that showed the swimsuit had not been deliveredI sent several emails inquiring about thisFinally in Aug 2016, Gretta S*** replied to me via email stating "We had no idea you did not receive the item, but I see it is not trackingI will get another out immediately along with a free gift." I still have not received the swimsuit and cannot get anyone to answer my emails, calls or text messages
