Glam Seamless

I would not recommend buying Glam Seamless tape extension for they do not work. I have had other tape in extensions in my hair and never had the issues I had with Glam Seamless.
After having them in for two weeks and washing my hair twice with special shampoo, they were starting to separate, not slipping out, and I had to take them out.
So, I can color my hair, I only keep them in for 5 weeks and wait a week before putting it back in. Yes, I put them back in a week after color, use a clarifying shampoo before installation and no other products in my hair.
When I reached out to the company, they said they would send me replacement tabs and told me that slippage is not covered under their warranty. Never received the new tabs and they never answered the question on why they were separating. I am sure I am not the only person with this issue.
They also sent me the do’s and don’ts while using the extensions, which I followed when I put them in again. Not sure what I was thinking trying them again, for after one wash, I could feel they were already starting to separate.
Reaching out to the company a second time about the extensions separating again, they sent me care instructions again and did not stand by their product, even though they have warranties on them.
The glue on the tape-ins do not work. Stay away from these extensions!
As for shedding, they do shed quite a bit. My stylist noticed it when she was preparing to put them back in my hair and I noticed it too after the second installation. The other extensions I purchased shed much less and the glue seems to work.
As for Glam Seamless other products, they may be great, but at this point I do not want to spend more money on a product that may not work. I ended up buying a ponytail from another vendor.

I have not encountered worse customer service in my life. The product wasn't worth the cost either! After Glam Seemless sent a return label, I had to contact them for my refund THREE WEEKS LATER! They then proceeded to tell me that the halo was used, and they are sending it back. I requested a return TWO days after receiving the item! I specifically told the lady I opened it and noticed it was too thick for my hair. I will be sending it back to the company and contacting my credit card company to dispute the purchase now. I EVEN agreed to take store credit to get tape in extensions instead. Something I can actually use. Right there should prove I NEVER used the halo! I couldn't without it looking fake! I strongly suggest reading reviews on this company and don't waste your time or money!

I love wearing my tape in extensions and I have tried several companies before finding Glam Seamless. This is the only place I buy my hair from now.

Review: I recently ordered 2 Packs of hair and some tape from this company. My order was for 1 pack 18 inch red hair extensions, 1 pack 18 inch blonde extensions and 2 packs (60 strips per pack) of hair tape. Total cost, $360.92. I had planned a flight out to MN so my daughter could install these at a cost of 300.00 non refundable. 2 days before leaving, I received my order in the mail. I received 1 pack 16 inch red hair and 1 pack 22 inch blonde hair and 2 slips of paper with 12 strips of hair tape on each, for a total of 24 pieces. At this time, they had no phone contact information on their website so I emailed them telling them what I received. About the tape, they said "Oh we will send you more" and nothing more. About the hair, they basically said " oh it will all be find if you cut the blonde" and nothing more. First of all, I have never received the rest of my tape, and secondly, I didn't want to have to cut any of this hair, I contacted paypal, where the financial exchange went down and all they did was tell me I would get $30 dollars back for the mistake. Not really sure who I am more angry with, Glam seamless or Pay pal.I still have the email with them answering my complaints if needed. I did not get any of the proper products I ordered. Not one! I still had to fly 1800 miles for the installation and ended up having to cut the hair. What kind of company sends the wrong products and tells me to Just Make Do? This purchase was a gift from a friend and he's pretty upset also.Desired Settlement: Well I cant do an exchange as I already had my 1800 mile flight and had no other way to install it, and had to use what they sent. What I want is a $150.00 in credit on my account for not offering to fix the problem and very poor customer service.

[redacted] purchased $360.92 worth of products. She received 2 packs of hair, where one was longer than she originally requested. She received 20" and 22" hair. Instead of sending the hair back for an exchange she decided to keep the hair and cut it to match the other pack. Our policy states that if you open and damage the hair that it is not refundable. She emailed us and notified us that she did not receive all the extra tape ($20 worth) that she ordered. Our employee did not send the tape to her extra $20 worth of tape, and this is where we were wrong. This employee has been spoken to and action has been taken. So we had a offered to ship her more tape but she then tried to file a complain through paypal to get her money back. As you read in her statement, Paypal denied her claim. We offered her $60 refund ($20 for the tape and a $40 credit for the interruption). However, she denied this and did not want the $60 credit.

As you can read in her complaint, she states, "I am not sure who I am angry with, Glam Seamless or Paypal." She is upset because PayPal sided with us as we were more than willing to work with her and fix the issues and we offered to work with her and give a $60 credit and she denied it. We were not as organized with sending out extra products and we have since then improved these problems. We are more than willing to give her a $50 credit. We are striving to have excellent customer service and we know have a double check system to ensure that all orders are fulfilled correctly. We are committed to excellent customer service and accuracy of all orders.

Since this incident we have improved and we are now operating efficiently and providing excellent customer service.
