Review: On 2nd July 2013 I purchased a necklace form GLAMBoutique - The Leon Fish Necklace - for the price of $48.75 plus $23.00 shipping (I was given a discount of $4.88 as I was a new customer). The item arrived and I had to pay an additional $31.74. This was an oversight on my part so I paid it. However, when I opened the item it differed vastly to the photographic description on GLAMBoutique's website. I contacted them on 11th July 2013 explaining my disappointment and even sent them a photo of the item along with the photo on their website showing the contrast. The item I have looks old, worn and something you'd find in a charity/thrift store that had, had alot of wear. The photo on the website looks bright, shiny and beautifully made. They responded by asking me to send back the item and obviously pay additionally postage and they only offered to refund the cost of the item, so the $48.75 minus the $4.88 discount so a total of $43.88. They did not offer to refund the initial $23.00 postage I paid. So now not only am I out of pocket from the $31.74 in customs charges but also the $23.00 in postage as well as what ever cost I need to pay to send it back.I could understand if I'd just changed my mind regarding the item but I didn't. GLAMBoutique are clearly selling items that do not match their product description, which I consider to be fraudulent. If I accept what they are asking I will be $54.74 out of pocket and have nothing to show for it as they will have the item.The customer service is very poor and I get one line answers, with no name or contact details.Desired Settlement: I would like GLAMBoutique to refund me the cost of the item including the initial postage as well as the cost of me sending the item back to me. I would also like for them to refund the customs charges, though I know this may not be possible.I would also like Revdex.com to investigate what items they are selling as mine does not appear to match the description, or for GLAMBoutique to update their website.

I am rejecting this response because: it is undeniably false. I responded to GLAM Boutique's response through letter form, which was delivered to your offices on 6th August as the link to reply through your website was not working. This cost me £6.00. However I will repeat what I said in the letter.
