Review: I ordered 3 bundles of hair from Glamextensions which I was not completely satisfied with. After speaking with the owner of the company, she apologized and asked for pictures of the hair. When we spoke again she stated she received the pictures and the hair shown was not an accurate representation of the luxury hair her company provides its customers. She asked me to send it back for 2 new bundles. In September 2012 I sent the hair back to the company. After weeks of not hearing anything back I contacted the owner again. Each time I spoke with the owner she was very apologetic and assured me my replacement hair would be on its way as soon as the distributor inspected it. As of December 2012 I made at least 4 attempts in writing and several phone calls to get an update on my order, but to no avail. It wasnt until February 2013 the owner informed me that the distributor saw nothing wrong with the returned hair, but she would exchange one bundle out of courtesy. She offered me two options for the remainder of my order: Purchase more hair at a discounted price or settle with the returned hair. Since I returned my original order on the grounds I would receive new bundles I was unwilling to dish out more money. I agreed the owner could send back my original order and thanked her for replacing the one bundle. March 2013 I still hadn't received any hair after several calls to Glamextensions (Each time the call was either not answered, the owner asked to call me back, or there was no recollection of my order). I sent a last email to the company informing them of my issues which evoked a response. Written in a very unpleasant tone it included a policy that was never addressed by the owner nor was it initially placed on the company's website: Your hair has been sent to you. There was absolutely nothing wrong with your purchase. Our return policy is very clear, NO RETURNS or EXCHANGE WITHIN 7 DAYS. I will remind you again that you have been the only "complaint" this company has ever received. So please do as you wish. As of April 17, 2013 I still have received no hair.Desired Settlement: I would like the replacement hair that was agreed upon. If that is not going to be done as stated by the owner I would like to a refund for the hair I have not gotten in 7 months.

Review: I purchased some hair from this merchant that was well over $300.00 on the notion that the hair was of high quality. The hair however looks as though it could be purchased from the beauty supply store and not of that which is expensive. I sent the hair back to the company via [redacted] and I show that it was delivered today and at the front door. I called the merchant to advise and the first time I did not get an answer. I called back with [redacted] (tracking: [redacted]) on the phone and was told to hold. The merchant then hung up. I made more attempts to contact the merchant and the merchant had the call forwarded to voicemail. I sent the merchant on [redacted] to which the merchant then deleted my comment. I saved the screenshot of that. The merchant has since blocked me via their [redacted] page for speaking the truth about their product.Desired Settlement: I am seeking a full refund to my credit card from this merchant.
