Nail tech knocked over polish which broke and splattered when hitting the floor The polish landed on my shoes, jeans, and jacket Tech tried to clean it up with no success and advised me to wash my items with hot water When this did not work I returned to the salon They tried to clean my sneakers with acetone but it did not work They wanted to refund the money I paid for my nails but I stated I was more concerned with my shoes since they are new I was told by the owners wife there was nothing they could doI stated I want my shoes replacedShe stated she would look for a used pair online for me then asked how much my shoes were When I told her she stated she would not pay that for used shoesShe threw $at another employee to give to meThe employee told me if she was the one who spilled the polish she wouldn't even have tried to clean my clothingI walked in with clean, new, undamaged clothing and walked out with having to throw away new Nike's, jeans, and my company jacket What a horrible way to treat your customers who pay for service!

month of January Ms*** is not our regular customerShe comes to our Nails salon once in awhile Those times that she came to our Nails salon, she acted radical and abnormallyShe'd complain about the water in the spa tub too cold or too hot every time and peddling water inside spa tub with her feet viciously and intentionally that made the floor and carpet all wetWe told her nicely not to peddling the water and waiting for the water to get warm and not to put her feet in the water before it gets warmShe'd shout out loudly about the spa water in front of our customers in our Nails salon every time she comes here for spa pedicure and those times she came here caused us lots of stressThe last time with the incident, she came here for spa pedicure with the gift card, same incident happened again like before, we told her not to place her feet into the tub water before it gets warm, and she acted angrily and viciously against us and wanting to get out of our Nails salonWe told her to go somewhere that pleases her and we don't want her to come to our Nails salon anymore indefinitelyWe reserve the right to refuse service to anyone And now Ms*** *** wrongly accusing us that her friend had toe fungus pedicure with usThat's biased and falseSince, we're not welcome her coming to our Nails salon indefinitely, she can give her $gift card to anyone to come to our Nails salon to use for anythingOur sold Gift card is non refundableIt's like a cashier check We're in business in Monroe city for yrswe're welcome good customers and treat them properly and certainly, we refuse service to anyone who acts abnormally and viciously against usNo matter what we'd or can do, cannot make them happyThank you so much for your time
