you for choosing Glamour Shots.  Due to the nature of our business, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.  All orders are transmitted via DSL internet and put into production immediately. No changes or modifications to your order can be made once the order is placed, therefore, making all sales final..... The receipt shows your order exactly how it was order and what will be printed..." As you can see, to eliminate any confusion, we are more then clear when specifying exactly what the client ordered, and that there will be no refunds granted once the order is placed and signed for.Furthermore, [redacted] came to pick up her order, asked for additional edits, which we redid for her at absolutely no charge.  To clarify, there is no pressure to sign up for synchrony financing.  We actually prefer clients to pay same day due to high percentages we pay to use synchrony.  Synchrony is not meant for future purchases, it gives clients 6 months interest free the day of.  (You will find the sales receipt, specifying the exact amount she spent attached).We do not have a sales rep named Lisa, in fact I personally assisted [redacted]. (my name, Cara, is also on the top of her invoice) Her photographer most definitely was not a "Lisa" either, it was a man named Kin. Review: I found this website on the internet. I saw an ad for a portrait photography. I was interested in theValue Collection package for $149.00. It includes (1) 8x10, (2) 5x7 & (8) wallet size with retouching. I went ahead and book for an appointment for make-up and hair makeover. On the day of my appointment, I mentioned to the helpdesk that I am interested in the $149 package. She told me to bring the coupon in. So I had my numerous pose taken with 3 outfit changes. After that, I was presented with the images on the computer screen. The presenter was [redacted]. She asked me to select the better picture and narrow it down. I had a hard time choosing the better images on the screen, so I asked if I can come back and bring a friend to help me out. She declined my request, because it has to be done right at that moment. So I did. After the (20) poses were picked, she started quoting me the prize which was over $5,000.00. So I said no, I only came for the $149.00 package. Then she started offering me the collage with six pictures in it. She never mentioned any other packages that was offered online, except the album but never mentioned the prize. At this time, I now felt obligated to purchase some more. For the additional (1) collage, I was overly prized for a total $1414.74. Actually she quoted me for the individual poses, not even the package that I picked.This is a classic switch and bait. To make it official, they made me sign a form that all sales are final. I tried to cancel that by calling the store and going back to the store the very next morning. I spoke to [redacted], the makeup stylist, but she gave no resolution except that I would get a call from [redacted]. I never got a call that day. I called back 2-3 days later and finally spoke to [redacted]. By now, a posting on my credit card for the $1414.74 appear.

I see that I am not the only one being tricked by this company. There are a lot of complaints on the internet about Glamour Shots. I hope you would investigate this company thoroughly, maybe pose as a prospective customer. You will know what my complaint is about and how it feels to be deceived by a supposedly established company.Desired Settlement: I am only interested in purchasing the $149.00 package and not the collage that the presenter offered for an additional $1000.00. I do hope that company who practice bait and switch would be legally accountable and prohibited by the state.

It is my hope that this Bureau is an advocate for the helpless customers like me.
