Review: On ** may 2014 I went to the business to use a Groupon package I had bought. I took pictures and paid for some extra ones after the photo section. Today is * August and I still have not received the pictures. I called the store various times and was told they were on the mail. Finally on Saturday a Supposedly [redacted] called me from ###-###-#### I asked for a refund because I never received the pictures then she went on to say it must have been an issue with the Post Office in my area. I never had an issue with any deliveries to my house I even gotten deliveries from Overseas. She said she will have my pictures next day delivered to me thru Fed Ex. At this point I do not want the pictures I just want my refund of $157.20 that I was charged. I have tried to resolve this issue directly with the general store by email with no luck and directly thru the store with no luck.Desired Settlement: I just want a refund I do not want to deal with the store for anything else.

Review: I had my appointment on dec 4 2013 and its 6 jan 2014 no pictures yet

I had purchased a groupon for $29 at Glamorshots for pictures of me and my son clicked in the Roseville,Ca location and paid more than $ 439.94 for a package with retouched pictures as my son had a scar on his eyebrow from a fall and I wanted then to retouch his eyebrow, I was told I could get my pictures in 7-10 days. After 20 days I get a call stating my pictures were ready and I went to pick up but was shocked to see no retouch on some pictures and my son's booboo on his eyebrow was not removed on any of the pictures. I was told there was a mistake and I would get retouched pictures thru fedex in 4-5 days. its been more than 15 days and still no pictures, I called and the lady michelle was not even listening to what I had to say and was very rude to me when I demanded a refund, she simply said that I will never get my pictures now and she will ask the corporate to call me about refund. when I asked when I could expect corporate to call she said she did not know. she was very loud and rude.Desired Settlement: I would like the refund of $439.94 and the groupon $29...which totals to $468.94

In regards to the complaint filed by [redacted], she was refunded her full amount back in January of 2014 as well as offered additional compensation. When her photos came back and the mistake was noticed( a scar was still visible on her child's eye) they were immediately sent in to be replaced and she was offered a full CD of her session (valued at $799.99) and a box mount for her 5x15 (valued at $40). Her new order was shipped to her and it was missing the box mount from Candid color (our lab and development service). At which point she came in dropped off all her products and left with out allowing us a chance to call our lab service or fix the issue. My photography turned out to also be the manager ~ surprising. She was not at all personable, more interested in taking few shots and editing while "in session". I was not happy with the outcome. She was very rude. I would never recommend, especially for the price.

My scheduled appt time did not happen as planned as they were late getting to me by 30+ minutes. I did not feel that they listened to what I wanted, but rather hurried through snapping pictures. In the end my pictures were not shipped to me as had been arranged. After multiple phone calls and great confusion I recieved my pictures. A promise on their part to refund the shipping fees due to mix-ups on their part never happened. When asked to speak with a manager or have them return my call I heard nothing back. Overall a very dissatisfying experience. The make-up artist did a nice job, however within 30 minutes of having it on my eyes began to burn! It was obviously that the make-up was too old and or contaminated with...

Review: I had my services completed in January 2014. The manager at the time ([redacted]) followed up with me after the photo shoot and I chose the photos I wanted. About 3 weeks later I returned to finish paying for my package deal and I noticed about 4 of the 10 photos had flaws and I requested for them to be retouched and resent to the shop for printing. He advised me it'd be a couple more weeks before they came in and I'd receive a call. I kept calling, kept calling every 2-3 weeks for 4 months and no response from ANYONE in the office, even with voicemails and all. I even contacted corporate and the franchisee and no success.I finally got fed up with the poor service and went in person to the location and the new manager [redacted] tried to assist me and informed that no order was on file. I waited another 3 weeks for a follow-up and nothing had surfaced. After sending a personal email to [redacted], she did call me and she advised me that she is no longer with the company due to the company did not provide her with the correct tools to run the business. She also informed me that I was not alone in this case.It has been 2 weeks after I last spoke to her personally and called the location and NOTHING has happened. I would think twice about trusting Glamour Shots for your photography needs.Desired Settlement: This company has not lived up to their contractual agreement that we signed, therefore I expect a refund from this company.

The Sacramento complaint with Glamour Shots customer [redacted], ID# [redacted], has been settled. We settled out of court with her through our attorney for the full amount of 789.31. She signed the settlement agreement and dismissed the case. Please see the correspondence below and also the attachments of the paperwork. Directly below is also the [redacted] delivery tracking of the check that we sent her that she signed for on 10/24/14.

Review: I purchased a groupon and used it at this facility. I made a family picture appointment which was at 4pm and was not seen until 6pm. After the session was over I picked out our pictures and they would not honor prices that were advertised on their website. I ended buying their smallest package, and the groupon (which included a 10x13 and a dvd slide show). My total was over $300.00 which would of been about $150 if they went off the advertised price. I asked my order to be sent to their facility 3 weeks later the pictures show up in my mailbox, which would of been ok but it was missing the 10x13 and dvd slide show. I called and was told I cancelled my groupon and turned it into a credit which was incorrect, I was told a supervisor would give me a call. I never received a phone call I have emailed headquarters and left voice messages and have gotten no where. My request was very fair all I want is my missing items or a refund.Desired Settlement: I would like a Refund in the amount of $332.43, or a new photo session at a deep discount

This is in regards to the complaint filed by [redacted]s. Attached you find a copy of her invoice stating that are sales are final and showing her order that she agreed to it is signed by her as you will see. I also have attached a copy of our online pricing that shows each item at full price. And a copy of the package that she was offered and agreed to at a discount for being a groupon customer. The package she got is the $299.99 and she was given a free 5x5 ($149.00 value) acrylic . If she is going off the online price sheet her total would have been $848.96 before taxes. The way the voucher from groupon works is that it gives her a choice of packages. I can not ask the original seller on this because he is no longer with the company as to why she got an acrylic instead of the 10x13 and DVD. It appears to me it was maybe traded in for a different products. Please let me know she would like us to do to resolve this issue.

I am rejecting this response because: I bought and paid for a groupon which included the dvd and a 10x13, at the day of pictures I wanted to purchase two extra 8x10's and told it would of cost more than buying the package of the 3 5x7 acrylic, and the collage. I called several times and got no response all I want is the products I ordered or a refund. When I was placing my order I clearly stated which picture I wanted for my 10x13 and questioned it on my receipt cause it did not show up. He said it was because I already paid it through groupon.

Review: Signed a contract saying was going to receive my photos by a time frame an still have not received them at all.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund back, with my pictures cause they violated their part on the contract. It's been 2 months, completely unacceptable.

This customer has already received her order as of 8/7. I have attached the FedEx tracking information that shows it was signed for. Reasons for her delay were (1) she had a balance due agreement where she paid for half of her order that day and another half over two weeks later. We do not put orders into production until the full payment is made. (2) We had to wait several days to get a physical address for her, as the one we had on file was a P.O box, which we can not send large wall portraits to. We will not be issuing a refund, as she has received her entire order.

I am rejecting this response because: As of June 20th was the last payment. The next address that was provided was given a week later! It still took over 3 to almost 4 weeks before I got any other answer for the pictures. An as stated on their contact I will receive them within 10-14 days of them receiving my payments. They violated the contract they provided to commit to the customer service that was supposed be given to the customer! I am not in the wrong, I feel they are trying to cover up their mistakes they have made due to negligence on their part. Thank u an please be responsible for your mistakes in this situation.

It took over 4 weeks for my pictures to be delivered after receiving my last payment an I have not received the full package deal that I was as promised from the beginning an the email that was sent from Glamour Shots. I bought the most expensive package that they offered an I just want better customer service as I thought I was getting at the time! Thank u

Review: I first visited Glamour Shots studio on 12/28 to redeem a groupon that I had purchased online, after scheduling an appointment. On that day they gave me a bill with total charges. However, since then I have called each day to get an itemized break down to determine why the cost is much higher than the prices which are posted online, especially since I was told when scheduling the appointment that I would recieve 30 to 60% discounts on the day of the photo shoot. This promise also appears on the website and brochure. When I called I was told that [redacted] would send me an email with the itemized breakdown, as well as call me. I was also informed that she is the only employee who has access to this information. Employees told me that they would text her and she would email me the information and I have yet to receive anything. They also told me that they would email me a copy of their regular price list. After leaving my email and information several times I have yet to receive the requested information and documentation. I want to ensure that I am not being charged for something that I did not want as I only ordered 2 products and the other was redemption of the value of the groupon.Desired Settlement: explanation of charges and price adjustment for appropiate merchandise purhased. I need this information for my records.

They told me the pictures will be ready in about a week,so I waited two weeks nothing happen,I went to the store,they said you'll get it this week,that was november,well the year is almost gone and still no picture.
