I did not go to the companies websiteI received an email from what I thought was Amazon asking me to take a survey and receive a reward the reward stated I only pay $for shipping for the productIt is unethical (although it may be legal) to act as Amazon to lure customers to these rewards they believe are o lay for a fraction of the price, to then charge them a monthly $that isn't boldly statedI appreciate the refund, but hope this matter doesn't happen to others.

Our records indicated this customer never contacted our customer service department to resolve this issue. The account was cancelled on 8/28/2017 per the customer’s request. As a courtesy, we have refunded $179.90. Please allow 2-3 business days for the refund to reflect. We apologize for any inconvenience and or misunderstanding. Thank you.

The account was cancelled on 7/10/2017 per the customer's request. At that time, the Customer accepted a 35% refund totaling 534.99. As a Courtesy, we have refunded the remaining 65% of the last monthly charge totaling $64.99. Please allow 2-3 business days for the refund to reflect.We apologize for any inconvenience and or misunderstanding.Thank you.
