Glamourouz Girlz Custom Style Wigs

On 6/19/14 I ordered a wig from Glamorouz Girlz Custom Style Wigs. The listing stated that the wig would be shipped within 24 hours.After much arm-pulling, the item finally shipped on 7/18/14, with the seller claiming that the wig had to be customized (although I was offered no customizations).On 7/21/14, I received the wig only to discover that I was sent the wrong one. I brought this to the seller's attention, and he agreed upon a refund. From that point on, I was given the run-around for weeks and weeks until the seller stopped responding all together. To this day, I have yet to receive a refund of any sort, and I am now forced to eat the cost of a product I did not order and have absolutely no use for.Product_Or_Service: wigDesired SettlementI would like the $140.07 I paid refunded.

Failure to receive order and failure to respond. I had placed an order on February 7th but haven't received any notification about the order. So on February 13 I'd emailed them and on that same day I received an email from them stating they will confirm details on Monday. However, it wasn't until February 23rd is when I received an email from them saying they were working on my order in which I replied back the same day. Then I didn't hear from them and emailed them on March 5th and still no response. On March 22nd I had emailed them again expressing my concerned about getting my order and their lack of communication and if there is no further action proceed I will be forced to make a complaint. Later that day they respond back stating they are still working on it and will check that day to see when it will be completed. Then, once again no response from them. On March 29th I emailed them to check my order status and haven't heard from them yet. During these times I've been very patient because according to their customer reviews the common complaint was the lack of communication and will order would be extremely late. I feel that I may not receive my order.Desired SettlementTo get compensation with my existing order for the inconvenience or refund and for the company to reconstruct their services to have a better practice and to avoid a failing business if proven to be a legitimate business.Final Consumer Response The claim was reslove though [redacted] A refund is soon to be issue.
