Glantz Law is a joke! I joined LegalShield and they were selected as my legal providerFrom the 1st day I signed up, I called this law firm to speak with an attorney to assist me in getting a referral for a legal matter in another stateIt took them weeks before I was referred to another attorneyThen that attorney informed me I was sent at the wrong referral level and Glantz Law did not send them the information in my file as promisedHe even admitted they dropped the ballWhen I complained to the corporate office, I got a call from a supervisor at Glantz Law saying there was nothing they could doA complete waste of time and resources

My experience: The worst EVERWe "worked" and I use the term loosely, with *** *** She was slow responding, never had any updates, never available when I called, never any decisions or steps in our favor, to me extremely weak in her aggression to settle the caseIn my opinion all she did was sit on the case and did absolutely NOTHINGWe have consulted with another attorney and they stated that she did nothing not even an investigation for almost yearsNow the statue of limitations is almost overI see that they are listed in the Rip Off Report when I Googled them and they have very poor and low reviewsThey were recommended to us via Legal Shield who we are also contacting

It took them 3 weeks before I was referred to another attorney. Then that attorney informed me I was sent at the wrong referral level and Glantz Law did not send them the information in my file as promised. He even admitted they dropped the ball. When I complained to the corporate office, I got a call from a supervisor at Glantz Law saying there was nothing they could do. A complete waste of time and resources.
