After reading the negative review left by another customer, I felt compelled to leave a review I can't say the negative review is unfounded, because everyone has their own perception and experiences to report However, I have bought propane from Glaser for years - prior to them changing their name to Glaser Energy Group I have always had just great service, and wonderful experiences dealing with their delivery folks and the office personnel I have experience nothing negative - ever - quite the opposite They are, by my experiences, the best propane company and offer competitive pricing as wellI have recommended them to my neighbors, who have become happy customers as well

They have the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I wouldn't go through them if they were the last company on earth. I would freeze to death before I bought gas from them. The people in the office are rude their skills on handling customers are below any standard I have ever ran into by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. Trust me they belittled me they wouldn't fill my tank after repeat phone calls to them they are just a nightmare.
