I Ordered my Weather-tech parts with a bonus that I received from the US GovernmentI ordered side window deflectors and laser cut floor mats for my Ford Fusionthe parts I received were damaged and missing piecesI then reached out to customer service who provided me with details on a replacement set of window guards ( the items arrived undamaged however STILL missing pieces) and I had them installedI am STILL trying to receive the return label that was supposed to be sent to me so that I may send the damaged product backI DO NOT wish to be penalized for not returning and wish that if a company says they will send a return label via email or mail that it will actually happenI have spoken to TWO different representatives since the return incident and STILL have not received my return packing label or information on where to return the itemsThe overall quality of the floors mats are nice, however the window guards keep popping when the window is raised / lowered, and the back window guards fall out a lot (basically no point in having these)For the quality of the product and the price charged I will not be ordering from your company in the futureMy order number is **SSN**Part number [redacted] Number of parts to be returned:

I ordered matts for my wife's car for Christmas 1st week in December, I called on 12-22-and waited -minson the phone because I have not received my order I was told my credit card was declined and my email address was not correct so they could not contact meI called my credit card company who stated my card was okI called back the next day and had the credit card ran and it was approved now I will not have the order by Christmas by the way I waited another 25-minutes to be treated very rudely by the repThis company needs a lesson in customer serviceI was very happy to purchase from a US company but I will not recommend this company

ordered WeatherTech floor liners for new vehicle, the liners came a did not all fit correctly, I emailed back and forth with customer service until WeatherTech realized they sent me "the wrong mats," they NEVER apologized once for mats, they emailed me and ask if I could send the mats back (cost $to MY COST to resend package back to them) or they would give me a 10% discount if I wanted to keep the wrong mats ?????? I refused and they said they would send out a [redacted] return numberNegative experience, never did get mats to fit correctly and customer service had contacted me back and said I could "cut them to fit." Wrong answer, won't use them again

WeatherTech is incompetent and negligent with processing orders using gift cardsI placed my order on January 25th using a gift card for $that my sister gave me for christmas and it still has not shipped as of February 17thI have spoken twice with a customer service associate, both of whom explained to me that gift cards slow down an order because of their inept system of validating the cardsThis is inexcusableWe are talking about money received in advance from consumers, which you are not making available in real timeHow shameful!
