issues that may occurFrom the feedback provided by the customer, that was not the experience he received and I apologize for that.
I checked the system and a prepaid return label was emailed to the customer on January 5. Once the deflectors are checked in, we will be able to process the full refund to the customer's credit card

Absolutely the worst Customer Service I've ever had to deal with Over priced Flimsy The passenger mat of my *** *** doesn't conform to the floor very well so it buckles when pressed on So much for "precision laser" fit Drivers side has poor design and low side in front Maybe they should spend less money on advertising and more money on perfecting their product and Customer Service Glad I only bought front mats and not all of them Will not be buying any for my other cars

Needs Better customer service & bigger notes on the website that states their tan is more a medium

I ordered the floor liners for my Honda AccordWhen I received them, the quality of the liners looked very different from the advertisement on their website and TVIn other words, the quality was cheapThey don't protect the side of the car like they advertiseAlso, the rear liners buckle and becomes deformed if you have to adjust the passenger seatNeedless to say, I will have to replace these liners with floor mats, which I will not be ordering from Weathertech

most tan interiors and is not intended to be a vehicle specific match
Additionally, we do acknowledge that the colors can vary in the internet imagesFor this reason, we note the website product description that the online photos are not necessarily precise representations of the actual product colorsThese variances can occur due to lighting issues, background vehicle colors, and even the calibration of the computer monitor being used to view the pictures
That being said, if a customer is not satisfied with a particular product for any reason, we do not force them to keep the itemThe product can always be returned for a refund or exchange
Looking at the customer's history, the original online order for the tan FloorLiners was placed on January The charge was processed for $207.89, which breaks down to $plus $shipping and handling
The customer contacted us on January to let us know she was unhappy with the colorA prepaid return label was provided for the tan set and a new order was created for the black set
As the customer appears to have wanted the black set shipped right away, the new FloorLiners were charged the $product priceHowever, no shipping fees were added to the orderOn the return of the tan set, the card was refunded $The transaction was set up on our end on February and settled with the customer's financial institution on February This essentially completed the exchange
In the end, the customer has only paid a single shipping fee of $and was not charged twice for shipping as the customer alleged

I was wrong about the shipping being charged twice, and I apologize for thatHowever I still do not accept the part about the color change being due to "lighting issues, background vehicle colors, and even the calibration of the computer monitor being used to view the pictures" because I have also seen the true tan color that I wanted on up to five different televisionsLighting issues would not be that different with today's technology!!! I want the tan color that I see on TV and on their internet siteThe black is protecting my car floor, but I would think that I am not alone in wanting the correct color for my car interiorBlack looks nasty as it shows every speck of dust and it just is not compatible with my car! As previously stated, we do not custom color match our mats to each vehicle interiorWe only offer one tan color as a neutral option to complement the wide variety of tan shades used by vehicle manufacturers
The customer tried the tan, but was not satisfied with the colorWith that in mind, we assisted her with an exchange for the black color as an alternative
The customer has now asked that we make a tan mat especially for her as the black color does not meet her expectationsUnfortunately, that is not feasible and we cannot comply with that request
Since the customer is not satisfied with our tan or black options and we are unable to provide her with a mat in a different tan shade, the only other alternative would be for the customer to return the black FloorLiners currently in her possession so that we can simply issue a refund for the remaining fundsThis way the customer has incurred no cost and can find a different product that better suits her needs

Purchased Floor liners on line over weeks ago, the website states that the order status is "on order" and gives no estimated delivery dateTracking the order online is impossible, waited for over minutes times and still have not been able to get any kind of response, no response to emails as wellhorrible customer service

After weeks of placing my order and not received it I called customer service to find out my order was cancelled without notice or refund.The customer service representative did not have an explanation about the cancellation, I received a refund days laterBut I had to call them to let them know they have my money and I did not have my orderI tried to place a new order without success, they said they can not send the order to the address provided.Don't bother to buy directly from WeatherTech.com

I spoke with the engineering department after reviewing the complaint and they let me know that they have been in contact with the customer.

The customer claim is that the...

addition of the side window deflectors allowed water to enter the window frame of his [redacted] and this created electrical issues for which he would like us to compensate him.

Acura did not change the [redacted] window frames between the 2007 and 2013 model years. During this time period, we have sold thousands of the [redacted] side window deflectors and never encountered the issue the customer described.

However, we do take customer concerns seriously and did investigate the claim. The [redacted] just as every other modern vehicle door, will allow moisture to enter the body of the door. For this reason, four drain holes are built in to the bottom of the door frame. Additionally, the electronics housed within the door body are protected from moisture by a plastic film. Upon evaluation of the side window deflectors and the vehicle door design, we concluded that there was no possible correlation between the product and the vehicle failure suggested by the customer.

Additionally, according to the [redacted] 2013 work order from [redacted] that the customer provided, the following information was stated: "A client states there is an electrical issue: Driver door was opened in a bad rain storm, alarm went off moments after door was open, then noticed there was no power to windows, seats, etc. Then alarm was going off on its own overnight." The work order concluded: "Suspect water from the rain caused a temporary failure in the system."

Based on our own investigation and the information provided in the customer's work order from [redacted] the issue was not related to the installation of the side window deflectors on the vehicle. In good faith, we have refunded the cost of the deflectors and the initial shipping fee in the amount of $114.95. We are not asking the customer to return he product to us. No further compensation will be forthcoming.

Looking at the order, the customer purchased rear FloorLiner mats for his vehicle on our website. The site requires the customer to supply the year, make, and model of their vehicle...

before displaying the available products. The vehicle information provided online by the customer specified the model as a 2014 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. The Jeep Wrangler Unlimited is a four door vehicle.
After the customer received the product that he had requested, he contacted us stating the part did not fit correctly. As the customer service representative discussed the issue with the customer, she was able to determine that the customer does not have the 2014 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited as specified on the website. The customer actually has a 2014 Jeep Wrangler, which only has two doors. Unfortunately, we do not manufacture or advertise rear FloorLiners for the two door Wrangler. This is simply a case in which the customer selected the wrong vehicle when placing his order.
Our return policy states that unused product can be returned within thirty days of receipt for an exchange or merchandise refund and that the cost of returning the product is at the customer's expense. This is a fairly standard policy and should not be in question given that we shipped the product that the customer requested and the customer provided incorrect information in the purchase process.
However, we will assist the customer by mailing him a prepaid [redacted] return label so that the product can be returned to us. Asking us to provide a full refund including the original shipping costs does not seem fair as the error was made by the customer, but we will help him with that as well.

I ordered matts for my wife's car for Christmas 1st week in December, I called on 12-22-2015 and waited 25 -30 mins. on the phone because I have not received my order I was told my credit card was declined and my email address was not correct so they could not contact me. I called my credit card company who stated my card was ok. I called back the next day and had the credit card ran and it was approved now I will not have the order by Christmas by the way I waited another 25-30 minutes to be treated very rudely by the rep.
This company needs a lesson in customer service. I was very happy to purchase from a US company but I will not recommend this company .

I have been buying WeatherTech products for years. Always the correct fit and durable. You get what you pay for!

ordered WeatherTech floor liners for new vehicle, the liners came a did not all fit correctly, I emailed back and forth with customer service until WeatherTech realized they sent me "the wrong mats," they NEVER apologized once for mats, they emailed me and ask if I could send the mats back (cost $13.60 to MY COST to resend package back to them) or they would give me a 10% discount if I wanted to keep the wrong mats ?????? I refused and they said they would send out a [redacted] return number. Negative experience, never did get mats to fit correctly and customer service had contacted me back and said I could "cut them to fit." Wrong answer, won't use them again.

Our warranty on the TechFloor website is quite clear in stating: "Exclusions to this warranty are normal wear and tear, damage due to abuse, abrasive conditions, UV exposure, excessive manipulation/repeated installations and exposure to chemical contamination, such as spilled gasoline, oil, etc. We are reasonable people and we believe in customer satisfaction. Depending on the situation, we will either replace your product at no charge or charge you a prorated amount for a replacement. I’ve been working hard to help assist you on this and have been given the word that if you would like replacement tile of a different (available) color, we can offer it to you at a 50% discount, but will not be able to cover the labor to remove/replace/recycle your existing tile.

I ordered the WeatherTech floor mats on August 11, 2016 and received them on August 13th which was pretty fast. I wanted to see if the driver side floor mat was going to fit properly because my brother told me some people where he works said it wasn't a good fit. Well it wasn't. The mat didn't go all the way under the gas pedal so that part would have gotten dirt/snow on the rug and the part to the left near the door wasn't much better. I called WeatherTech about that and he said that was made like that so the gas pedal wouldn't get caught on the mat which would be dangerous so I decided to send them back. I paid $15.00 for shipping them to me from the company and I had to pay almost $20.00 to send them back because they're heavy. I got an email from my credit card company stating I was getting a $99.95 refund from WeatherTech. I found out that WeatherTech does not give you your original shipping price back Needless to say I was very angry. I paid almost $35.00 for shipping and have nothing to show for it. I wish I had ordered them from [redacted] or found them in a store. I will never order from this company again.
