I did not give any authorization for a charge to my checking accountI do not know who this company is The address that was listed on the check they ran was for an address that I lived at years agoI contacted IP Nation and I spoke with a representative on 06/07/and informed them that I did not give any approval and I wanted the funds back to my account immediatelyI was told that it would take 7-days before I received my refundOn yesterday June 27th I contacted them again because it has been business days and I still haven't received a refundI was told that it would be processed and that I would have to wait another 7-business days for a refundI explained this was not acceptable and I wanted to speak with a managerI was told since I called after I couldn't speak with anyone that I should call the next day between 8-I called back today and spoke with another representative
