Regarding the complaint that Ernestine posted I want to clarify a couple of things She brought in her screen to me to get rescreened which we did She mentioned to me that the screen was not rolling or working properly and that if I can go out to her home and adjust it I went out to her home and tried to adjust her screen but the reason it was not working properly was because it was to short I gave her a price for a new screen at $dollars but she said it was too much Then I mentioned it to her that I come across used screens every once and a while that would fit her patio door She said that was fine to let her know when I get one in I eventually did get a couple of screens in that fit her door I have taken three used screens to her and put them in her patio door but she always keeos having problems with them I never charged her anything for the used screens and the only monies I received where the initial dollars to rescreen her original door I have been to her home numerous times trying to fit in a used screen so that she wont have to pay the $ dollars for a new one but I am at the point now that I don't think a used screen will do If she wants her initial monies refunded I have no problem doing so Thank you, [redacted]

to her home and tried to adjust her screen but the reason it was not working properly was because it was to short. I gave her a price for a new screen at $dollars but she said it was too much. Then I mentioned it to her that I come across used screens every once and a while that would fit her patio door. She said that was fine to let her know when I get one in. I eventually did get a couple of screens in that fit her door. I have taken three used screens to her and put them in her patio door but she always keeos having problems with them. I never charged her anything for the used screens and the only monies I received where the initial dollars to rescreen her original door. I have been to her home numerous times trying to fit in a used screen so that she wont have to pay the $ dollars for a new one but I am at the point now that I don't think a used screen will do. out to her home and tried to adjust her screen but the reason it was not working properly was because it was to short.  I gave her a price for a new screen at $85.00 dollars but she said it was too much. I never charged her anything for the used screens and the only monies I received where the initial 40 dollars to rescreen her original door.  I have been to her home numerous times trying to fit in a used screen so that she wont have to pay the $ 85.00 dollars for a new one but I am at the point now that I don't think a used screen will do.  If she wants her initial monies refunded I have no problem doing so.  Thank you,[redacted]

Review: It’s been approx. one year since I purchased a new screen door from Glass City.

Upon delivery and installation of the door did not fit. Mr. [redacted] has tried to remedy the problem with used replacements to no avail. I paid for a new screen door but still have not received it. I have tried asking for a refund and contacting the company and leaving numerous messages and still have not heard from anyone at Glass City and it has been over a year trying to remedy this problem.Desired Settlement: My full refund of $85.00.
